飛了一千八百哩，大雁飛來愛爾蘭過冬，從北地閃亮的凍原和結冰的城
大雁來到這裡
彷彿愛爾蘭古老的文字，牠們的身影劃過市郊上空
低掠過公牛島，降落在林森市
　
　　
一個寂靜的三月清晨，在呼喚聲中我醒來。大雁四散在我窗外田野
宣告牠們抵達這較溫暖的氣候帶
大雁有強烈的溝通欲，不停喋喋說著
牠們來對了地方
　
　　
這是說故事人的家園，這裡沒有僵化的「是」，只有獨特的
肯定語法：「我做到了」，「我們就是」，「這就是」，一個內在的信念
所以一千隻大雁與我，在這剎那，聚在我們共有的溫暖海岸
毫無疑問我們相聚了，在這地球最可靠的角落
　
　　
看到大雁，我想到我們曾如何長途跋涉，成為一個更溫暖的國度
這裡有人帶著故事沿路分享，沿路我們讓愛
像荊豆在山丘落地蔓生；也當我看到更多鳥

Eighteen hundred miles, the geese fly to Ireland for winter, from the glittering tundras and icy cities of the northern world, arriving here,
their silhouettes scratched like Ogham into the skies above the suburbs
They descend on Bull Island, alight in Ringsend
　　
　
On a still March morning, I am awoken by the calls, announcing their arrival in the warmer climate as they scatter across the field outside my window
Geese have an intense need to communicate, always chattering
they have come to the right place
　　
　
The home of storytellers, a land where there is no solid word for yes, only specific confirmation, ‘I did,’ ‘we are,’ ‘it is’, a certainty at our core
And so a thousand geese and I, at this moment, gather in the warmth of our shared shore
there is no doubt we are together, in the surest place on Earth
　　
　
When I see the geese I think of our travelled distance, to be a warmer country, one where those with stories come and share in the way in which we let love grow
like gorse alight across our hills and when I see more birds
coming steadily in
With the thrill of the V formation, an easy understanding
the gentle music of unified wings

註：三月17日為愛爾蘭的聖派翠克節，也就是愛爾蘭的國慶日，在這一天愛爾蘭會以大量的綠色以及幸運草圖案的裝飾來慶祝這一天。「駐愛爾蘭台北代表處」和「每天為你讀一首詩」合作，邀請 Laura-Blaise McDowell特地為今天寫下這首詩〈可靠的家園〉，我們也邀請陳育虹為我們翻譯和朗讀。詩中以愛爾蘭最常見的野雁為象徵，以其空間的移動隱喻時間的推移，而聯想到愛爾蘭是這樣輾轉走過長久的歷史，從被英國殖民，復活節起義，到最後的獨立，以及和英格蘭的和解。這樣的歷史無疑是經過漫長殖民，在尋求出路的台灣值得認識而喜愛的。

1. 🚢 VƯỜN ƯƠM LIÊM CHÍNH 2020 🚢

Vườn ươm Liêm chính – Vietnam Integrity School (VIS) là khoá học giáo dục về Liêm chính đầu tiên tại Việt Nam, được phát triển bởi Tổ chức Hướng tới Minh bạch và được tài trợ bởi Đại sứ quán Ireland tại Việt Nam. Tổ chức Hướng tới Minh bạch là cơ quan đầu mối quốc gia của Tổ chức Minh bạch Quốc tế – một phong trào toàn cầu về phòng, chống tham nhũng với hơn 100 tổ chức thành viên trên thế giới.

Tất cả học viên tập trung học tập và sinh hoạt cùng nhau trong 4.5 ngày

• Đối tượng: Bất kỳ ai quan tâm tới giá trị Liêm chính trên khắp cả nước, ưu tiên ứng viên trong độ tuổi từ 18-30

• Chi phí: Toàn bộ chi phí khoá học và hậu cần sẽ được Ban tổ chức tài trợ. Các học viên ở xa sẽ được tài trợ chi phí đi lại. Tất cả học viên sẽ cần đóng góp một khoản 500.000 VNĐ. 2. 🌏 DIỄN ĐÀN THAM VẤN THANH NIÊN HÀNH ĐỘNG VÌ KHÍ HẬU 🌏

Chương trình “CLIMATE PROMISE - Thanh niên hành động vì khí hậu” được khởi xướng bởi UNDP Việt Nam với CHANGE là đối tác thực hiện tại khu vực miền Nam. Chương trình đang tìm kiếm 35 đại biểu thanh niên tham dự vào DIỄN ĐÀN THAM VẤN THANH NIÊN HÀNH ĐỘNG VÌ KHÍ HẬU khu vực phía Nam nhằm đóng góp ý kiến giúp các nhà hoạch định chính sách trong quá trình thực hiện Kế hoạch Đóng góp do quốc gia tự quyết định (NDC) tại Việt Nam, đồng thời tìm kiếm các sáng kiến mới của thanh niên hướng tới quá trình triển khai các hành động vì khí hậu trước thềm hội nghị COP26.

• Đối tượng:
- Công dân Việt Nam từ 18 - 30 tuổi (tính tới ngày 02/08/2020).
- Đang sinh sống, học tập và làm việc tại các tỉnh, thành phố phía Nam
- Đến từ nhiều khu vực bao gồm các đơn vị công; trường học/viện nghiên cứu; các doanh nghiệp tư nhân; các tổ chức phi lợi nhuận; các dự án, nhóm và tổ chức cộng đồng.
- Thực sự QUAN TÂM đến các vấn đề về môi trường và MONG MUỐN tạo ra những giá trị tích cực, đóng góp giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến khủng hoảng khí hậu trên thế giới và tại Việt Nam.
- Cam kết tham dự đầy đủ 2 ngày diễn đàn + tham gia Trại Khí hậu (Climate Camp) toàn quốc 3 ngày vào tháng 8/2020 nếu được chọn.
*khuyến khích các đại biểu từ nhiều nhóm đối tượng, đặc biệt là các nhóm yếu thế như Người khuyết tật, Người dân tộc thiểu số, đại biểu LGBTQI+, đại biểu đến từ vùng sâu xa...

3. 🌻 I COMMIT 15 - CHƯƠNG TRÌNH PHÁT TRIỂN LÃNH ĐẠO TRẺ 🌻

Người sẵn sàng commit đồng hành cùng chương trình I Commit trong 4 tháng sẽ được hướng dẫn từ A-Z để thực hiện dự án xã hội. Nói nôm na là bước ra I COMMIT, các em sẽ trở thành founder của một dự án nào đó.

I COMMIT hướng tới việc phát triển bản thân của các cá nhân tham gia chương trình thông qua việc thực hiện các dự án xã hội như nâng cao năng lực lãnh đạo, khả năng hành động, cam kết và lan tỏa trong giới trẻ trước các vấn đề của xã hội.

• Đối tượng:
- Có niềm đam mê trong phát triển cộng động, có mong muốn trở thành một người góp phần thay đổi xã hội. Tiêu chí kinh nghiệm không được coi là tiêu chí của chương trình. Niềm đam mê, khát khao cống hiến sẽ là tiêu chí quan trọng nhất.
- Các bạn tuổi từ 16 – 30, đang học tập hoặc sinh sống tại nội thành Hà Nội. (Các bạn dưới 18 tuổi cần có sự cho phép của bố mẹ hoặc người giám hộ khi tham gia chương trình).

• Chi phí: Khóa tập huấn được CSDS và Irish Aid tài trợ (Bao gốm chi phí di chuyển, ăn uống, địa điểm từ Hà Nội tới địa điểm tập huấn và giảng viên tập huấn…). Mỗi người tham gia được yêu cầu đóng phí cam kết 500.000 VNĐ (Số tiền sẽ được hoàn trả 100% sau khi người tham gia cam kết tham gia đầy đủ các hoạt động trong khuôn khổ chương trình)

Tuyệt vời hơn nữa, Trại hè Thanh niên hành động vì khí hậu sẽ kết thúc với: GIẢI THƯỞNG ĐỔI MỚI SÁNG TẠO. Các đội đạt giải sẽ nhận được các giải thưởng cao nhất, gồm một khóa đào tạo ươm mầm do UNDP cung cấp.

「千古罪人」同Sir Malcolm Rifkind嘅國際級文宣！

由前港督Lord Patten of Barnes同前英國外交大臣Hon Sir Malcolm Rifkind發起嘅國際聯署聲明，一個星期內由廿幾個國家嘅201個議員，依家聯署議員人數去到50國家728個議會政界人士！最壯觀不外乎係日本，不過唔該留意下嗰啲小國，例如科索沃、阿爾巴尼亞、立陶宛、斯洛伐克、緬甸等等小國，哪怕佢地得一兩個代表支持，但係以前人地國家出現問題，自問大家何曾理會過？睇完新聞下一秒就已經「哦，邊度黎㗎？」，然後食買玩揾錢唔記得...依家人地反而出黎支持...喂！簽個名有政治代價㗎，唔係應份！（本人自己都覺得有些少羞恥）

肥彭見到之後表示：

仍然都係嗰句，728呢個唔係數字，除咗代表咗呢兩個廢國銀髮「舊電池」嘅外交文宣實力，亦表示全世界有咁多國家同地區嘅政界同民選議員，背負住佢地嘅選民支持香港（班「暴徒」）。請無知的Haters、Doubters、負能樣唔好再用簡單易分法將一個國家當係黃藍店或者偽人，剩係得「奶」同「唔奶」！因為佢地都係有名有姓，為咗尊重，係需要再重新列多次，今次長三倍！

Good morning everyone. I woke up nice and early today. Stayed overnight in a hospital ward so doctors can keep an eye on baby Acorn and I but don't worry because I know we are in good hands. Props to all the lovely nurses here for being so kind and accommodating. Also want to thank you all for your sweet messages. I'm sure I will be able to go home today. Nothing to worry about at all. I had a lovely time with the mums here having ice-cream last night. My case is like nothing compared to their complications.

Iceland was a lot of fun and yet I had no idea it would make me cherish the milder climate in Northern Ireland so much more. Iceland isn't even considered THAT cold either so it makes me wonder how some of you survive in freezing temperatures. I did ask the doctors if my frequent traveling caused the bleeding but it was ruled out. Yet to find out what's causing the bleeding but they did tell me not to worry. Acorn has been kicking me more than ever to let me know everything is okay.

YEY they're serving breakfast now. Talk to you all soon!! Thank you once again for all your prayers!! I just want to let you all know that I love you so much. It blows me away just how much you care. Thank you...
