Every time I go back to Japan I am always amazed at how good the Japanese are at building and working in such small spaces. Roads are narrow and packed with people, yet massive construction projects are happening everywhere and the ability to keep things organized and safe is amazing to me. and I always wondered what all the old guys in blue uniforms did too... You see them everywhere and I always wondered what they do, but if you watch these guys, despite their funny uniforms, they have an extremely important job with managing the coming and goings and the traffic flow of people too around the tight construction site areas.
