IJA是全世界規模最大、歷史最悠久的雜耍節之一，今年因疫情改為線上直播舉辦，《行雲流劍》很榮幸以英文名《Flowing Sword》受邀出演，這個舞台是渴望成為台灣之光的我，夢寐以求的里程碑！

【生猛台灣-生活與生存】Vigorous Taiwan-Life and Survival預告
主角之一是街拍攝影師張鈺，他的拍攝方式很直接，平時最常去萬華拍照，喜歡用黑白底片捕捉他所關注的人事物，曾經因為拍照拍到跟兄弟變成好朋友，也曾經因為拍照被兄弟請到辦公室，而除了拍照之外，他還有著另外一個很獨特的身份.........

在台灣，很多的攝影創作者他們的日常有著不同的身份，這些人各自在生活上努力著，在創作不能當飯吃的現實下，過著斜槓人生，持續著對於影像創作的熱情，拍攝屬於自身的、台灣的影像藝術。
In Taiwan, many photographers hold a second job. These people eke out a living as career jugglers (a.k.a. slashies), so they can continue to create their photographic works that portray Taiwan via their cameras and lens of perspectives.

🕹Companies Start to Think Remote Work Isn’t So Great After All
企業發現遠端工作不如想像得美好？
-remote work: 遠端工作，又叫mobile work, teleworking
或最近常聽到的WFH（Working From Home），以及flexible workplace
其實在70年代就出現了遠距工作 telecommuting 也可譯做「電子通勤」
🏠Four months ago, employees at many U.S. companies went home and did something incredible: They got their work done, seemingly without missing a beat. Executives were amazed at how well their workers performed remotely, even while juggling child care and the distractions of home. Twitter Inc. and Facebook Inc., among others, quickly said they would embrace remote work long term. Some companies even vowed to give up their physical office spaces entirely.
四個月前，美國許多公司員工回家做出了不可思議的事：他們毫不馬虎地將工作完成。主管們驚訝於員工即便得照顧孩子及分心應付家事，遠端工作的表現依然良好。包括推特和臉書等許多公司，很快表示將長期接受遠端工作，有些公司甚至誓言將完全捨棄實體辦公空間。
-without missing a beat: 毫不遲疑；毫無過失
💓beat是指心跳（或節拍）反義詞skip a beat指被嚇到，漏了一拍心跳
沒有漏拍則是做事時沒感到震驚或猶豫。這裡配合工作情境翻「毫不馬虎」
-juggle: 雜耍，花式拋球
🤹♀️英文是指不斷來回在空中拋接物品，而常被用來形容同時處理很多事
juggler則是雜耍表演者（其實每天忙碌的我們都是jugglers）
-vow: 發誓；誓約
🎎結婚誓言是wedding vow，慎重的誓言是solemn vow
🕐Now, as the work-from-home experiment stretches on, some cracks are starting to emerge. Projects take longer. Training is tougher. Hiring and integrating new employees, more complicated. Some employers say their workers appear less connected and bosses fear that younger professionals aren’t developing at the same rate as they would in offices, sitting next to colleagues and absorbing how they do their jobs.
但當居家工作的實驗延續至今，有些漏洞開始出現。專案花的時間更長、人材培訓更為艱難、聘請新員工融入公司也更加複雜。有些雇主說員工之間的聯繫度減弱，老闆也怕年輕人發展專業度的速率比不上在公司上班，能坐在同事旁邊，學習他們如何做工作。
🧐The toll of extended work-from-home arrangements is likely to affect career development, particularly for younger workers, several executives said. “I am concerned that we would somehow believe that we can basically take kids from college, put them in front of Zoom, and think that three years from now, they’ll be every bit as productive as they would have had they had the personal interaction,”
幾位主管表示，安排在家工作時日延長所導致的虧損，很可能會影響職涯發展，特別是對年輕員工而言。「我擔心我們會誤以為，只要讓大學剛畢業的孩子們面對視訊軟體，覺得三年後，他們的成效就會跟有親自跟人互動的員工一樣好。」
-stretch: 展開、延伸。伸展運動是stretching
-integrate: 整合；使合併、使融入（社會或群體）
-absorb: 吸收；理解、掌握（事實或想法）
-toll: 損失、傷害
-productive: 多產的、富有成效的
