We took a ride back to millions of years ago and were transported to the Mesozoic Era where we witnessed the evolution of dinosaurs through the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.
Seen by over 9 million people in more than 250 cities around the world, WALKING WITH DINOSAURS – The Live Experience, which is based on the award-winning BBC Television series, is a $20 million production that features 18 life-sized dinosaurs using state-of-the-art technology. Right, of course they are not real but I tell you, this is as real as they can get and as close as you can get to these prehistoric creatures. It's definitely a treat for the dinosaur and history lovers.
If you are seated in the front rows, you can even see a brachiosaurus stretching above your head and hear a T Rex roar just three feet in front of you. Even if you are not, this is one of the rare shows where the view is still awesome all around, even if you are seated at the sides.
For the younger ones, they might not understand the narrative which can get lengthy at times but it's very informative for the older ones who can comprehend better. Of course, all of us most looked forward to the appearance of every dinosaur and every time one of them came on stage, the kids would go "Wow!" and hold our breaths a little because these creatures were truly awe-inspiring (yes, even if you could still see the human legs and control mechanisms). The kids unanimously said they ❤ the show and enjoyed coming up close with these magnificent dinosaurs so I'm pretty sure your kids will too.
