哩個生酮漢堡包🍔係無麵粉、無糖、無酵母，跟住食譜都可以做出脹卜卜又鬆軟，與麵包相似嘅口感。適合素食、對麩質敏感及健身人士食用🙂🙂
其實全跟生酮飲食法嘅話，就需要做手撕豬肉。而蜜兒當日教大家做個健康版本— 素手撕豬肉❌🍖其實是杏鮑菇黎架！用多種香料同素燒烤醬炒成，個樣係咪好似呢？而且口感仲好有咬口，大家都未試過咁食😋想模擬豬肉質感，哩個係不錯的代替品。
➡️ 有學生問我咩叫「生酮」，簡單介紹返：
生酮飲食法(Ketogenic diet) 係一種以極低碳水化合物，碳水化合物攝取量降至最低：每日唔會超過2️⃣0️⃣克，再配合高脂肪同適量蛋白質嘅飲食模式，透過減低人體對碳水化合物嘅吸收，讓身體處於低醣狀態，從而燃燒脂肪產生酮體，達致燒脂減重。🧘🏼♀️🏋🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️
