It was just really good lighting... i can tell you now that my lower tummy is bloated and fat has collected there cause i was getting an average of 5 to 6 hours sleep last week. Body still catching up on the rest and i trained 6 days..including with the mini travel trip and other in betweens. Thats just life.. not an excuse. But this post is really to encourage everyone to get a good solid 7 hours if possible, especially us ladies. We are complicated hormonal superior creatures who do too much. If you are doing everything right with food and training. Yesterday's final upper body for strength phase. Didnt carry a heavier weight for the pull ups, so not too happy with that. But glad i did hit 6 days of weight training. Sore bodyyyy. Looking forward to the new program.

Happy that my strength has improved, never would i have thought i could do chin ups with weights. Don't compare your achievements with others. Your achievements are your own. Fight and be a better version of you, no one else. Anyway this was yesterdays Upper body strength program.
