วันนี้มี 10 วิธีที่จะแก้ไขปัญหา นอนไม่หลับ หลับยาก หรือโรคนอนไม่หลับที่หลายคนในยุคปัจจุบัญพบกัน จากประสบการณ์ของตัวผมเองที่เคยนอนไม่หลับและหาสาเหตุมามากมาย จนวันนี้พบวิธีที่จะรักษา หรือแก้ไขอาการนอนหลับยากนี้แล้ว เลยอยากจะมาแชร์ให้เพื่อนๆ ลองไปทำดูครับ;
1. ไม่พยายามนอนอยุ่บนเตียงแบบนั้นหากนอนไม่หลับ เพราะยิ่งจะทำให้เราคิดแต่เรื่องนอนไม่หลับ เครียด จนไม่หลับจริงๆ
2. การเปลื่ยนเวลานอนต้องนับนาฬิกาไปข้างหน้า ไม่ใช่ให้พยายามนอนเร็วกว่าเดิม ซึ่งสุดท้าย มันก็จะมาหลับเอาเวลาเดิมๆที่เราหลับ
3. เรียนรู้การทำงานของฮอร์โมนชื่อ cortisol และพยายามให้ฮอร์โมนตัวนี้ทำงานให้เป็นเวลา ไม่ทำงานตอนกลางคืน
4. ลองใช้ diet ชื่อ Intermittent Fasting ผลักอาหารเช้าออกไปเล็กน้อย
5. เสริมวิตามินพวก Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D3
6. ออกมาทำกิจกรรมตอนกลางวันนอกบ้าน ไม่อยู่แต่ในตึกหรือในห้องอย่างเดียว
7. เสริม DHA and EPA เข้าไปใน diet ของเรา
8. กินเนื้อสัตว์ รวมทั้งนมและไข่ ให้น้อยลง
9. เรียนรู้การปล่อยวาง การไม่ไปยึดไปติดเรื่องที่ไม่จำเป็นกับเราจริงๆ และเรื่องที่เราไม่สามารถไปแก้ไขอะไรได้
