I was so glad to have a fantastic lunch in Hard Rock Cafe Hong Kong. This restaurant is amazing and filled with good food, the portion was huge (consider sharing), I felt like I was in America. If you love rock and roll then here is a good choice for you with all the atmosphere there. I tried the “Infused with love” menu. All foods were consistently good, I am obsessed with their Tequila Lime Chicken Fajitas (chicken marinated in tequila lime seasoned with tex Mex-style spices, served with red peppers, roasted corn salad, cheese, grilled jalapeños and onions) the side dish are really plentiful for you to wrap up on your own! so Yum! The drink that I had were good too, you can bring the Hard Rock glass home after you finish the drink! Guys! Don't miss the Baby Back Ribs, that was so delicious with the best BBQ sauce I've tasted on ribs, the meat on the ribs does fall off the bones easily that will melt in your mouth! I was pleasantly surprised by the good food quality with friendly and prompt service! The manager was extremely very nice and attentive.

就在PJ One Utama Shopping Mall里新张了一家这里少有的西北穆斯林餐廳，【Amber Chinese Muslim Restaurant】，短短的几个月就已经深受普罗大众的喜爱！听说Bangsar South 也有一间分行哦～

【Amber Chinese Muslim Restaurant】宽敞空间让人觉得没有压迫感，加上柔和的灯光让人觉得非常舒适自在；而且还可以依照人数来选择不同大笑的桌子，保证用餐时坐得舒适，吃得自在～

老板本身是中国兰州人，从家乡重聘数位师傅来掌厨来亲自制作面条呢！料理绝对道地、原滋原味啦！

【Amber Chinese Muslim Restaurant】的招牌就是面条，而且有着不同的面类可选择，说是他们家的强项一点都不为过！加上刚才提到的都是手工制的，当然在口感上比機器製作的略胜一筹了，Q嫩之外也没有很重的碱水味道！另外，餐厅里还特意有个小区域，隔着一片大玻璃就可三不五时看到师傅在现场甩面、拉面，像是在表演艺术，非常精彩！

《大盘鸡》可说是新疆的著名小吃，而且一大盘火辣辣的，看起来就非常的吸引，吃起来的也特别豪爽！而且里头还加入了长的像米苔目和老苏分的面条，味道极佳！

若你喜欢羊肉和干面的也可以尝试他们的【孜然羊肉拌面】，浓郁可口而且也不太有膻味，香气十足，是北方人喜爱的一道面食哦～

这里的《传统牛肉面》有多种口味，例如：番茄及干汁等等…也是大家熟悉的兰州拉面！光是卖相就让人食指大动！老板还说这是属于他们家乡的 ‘全民食品’哦，猎人也非常喜爱这料理，简单却满满热热的幸福感～

不想吃面也没关系，这里还有其他主食可选，像是饭、包子、水饺等，都是他们北方人的美食之一！
如《鲜椒水煮鱼》，原以为会是特辣的一道料理，殊不知却没有辣到头皮发麻，反而是突出了香麻的味道，减弱了辣味，和白饭搭配得天衣无缝，非常适合喜爱吃鱼却不大能吃辣的朋友哦～

而新疆料理当然少不了烤物啦！大大力推荐《烤羊腿肉》！羊腿的膻味被处理得很好，烤的功夫也拿捏得好，所以一口咬下去的肉是非常嫩且多汁，配上他们的烧烤酱料，赞！

《烤羊排》也是非试不可! 一样也是口感一流，有嚼劲！

另一道让人回味无穷的就是他们的包子啦！一粒粒热腾腾的包子，内陷式红萝卜牛肉，可以一句自己的喜好，用蒸或是煎的都可以，口感上的各有惊喜呢~而且还可以和店员order一份是不加热外带的，可当明天的早餐呢！

在饮料方面，这里的招牌就是他们的《八宝茶》啦！里头有着许多非常养身的材料，如红枣、枸杞、菊花等；非常滋补养身哦~老板还说茶对他们家乡而言是非常著名的保健饮品，也非常注重品茗茶的艺术～

值得一提的是，这里服务态度十分棒，服务员都非常亲切，而且老板对于顾客的意见也非常重视！可见老板非常用心的在经营这家餐厅，确保每位食客们都吃得满足、满意！

西北穆斯林餐厅顾名思义就是具清真菜特性，也就是里面是不提供猪肉的，又具有中国西北菜系味重香浓的烹饪特点，口味偏酸辣！因此【Amber Chinese Muslim Restaurant】深受许多友族同胞的捧场哦，加上这里的料理都价廉物美，因此常常高朋满座！好吃的东西果然都是要等啦~~
