Gotta share the 3 HK local craft gins being featured with u, including Perfume Trees Gin(HK brand & made in Netherlands), Two Moons Gin & NIP Gin (both are Made in Hk). The Okinawa Gin from Japan is Masahiro Gin. As for garnish in mixing your own Gin & Tonic, I’ve suggested grapefruit, raspberries, cucumber, lime & lemon!! I’ve matched Perfume Trees (floral) with grapefruit, Two Moons (fruity) with raspberries & NIP (earthy & root style) with cucumber. I like to add 1 part Gin with 2 parts of Tonic & ice. 😋🍸🥳 #cheers!
