About this session, Vinyasa (Sound)
This 60 minutes offering combines a basis yoga, breath work and sound therapy using crystal bowl as closing to nourish and promote overall wellness of the being.
Beginners are welcome.

About this session, Yoga Nidra
This 60 minutes offering combines a 20 minutes of basic yoga movement before entering a 30 - 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra for closing to nourish and promote overall wellness of the being.
Beginners are welcome.

What is Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) ?
It is a powerful guided meditation done in savasana (Corpse Pose) that will help you to release tension and stresses, which promotes deep rest and relaxation, while developing greater self awareness.
