Now that i have more time, i can finally get back into my self-love routine. That includes meditation, yoga, physios, body and face treatments. A lot to do, very little time. Haha!
#Bcosyouasked, so I'm gonna share about what and how i 'maintain' this mind, face and body of mine.
During my pregnancy, i did most of the yoga at home bcos of Covid. I am so glad i discovered this app Down Dog for Prenatal yoga (logo of a dog on blue background). And now I'm practicing on their normal Yoga app (non-prenatal).
And just 4 days ago, i found this amazing mindfulness app called Mindful Mama. They provide different types of meditations base on how old your child is, what mood you're in, etc. It's awesome! The meditations are fixed at 10mins. So it's perfect for before sleep.
When i feel like my body is misaligned, I'll make a visit to @orchardhealthclinic. They'll help me identify the cause, and provide immediate relief!
Lately, i also started going to @orchard.clinic to get my tummy and pelvic floor tightened. I've always been active since i was young. But after giving birth, 1) no time to sneak out of the house as often, 2) some parts of the body just doesnt go back to its original state. On my first session, I was surprised that my abs ached for 2 days! Not the crazy kind of ache that i get from an intense workout, but still a nice, tight feeling from just lying there for 30mins. Quite awesome! Haha!

One of the most common question people ask during our @WonderandWellness sessions is 'How to meditate? How do i even begin? How do i empty my mind?'
Youll be glad to know, the objective of meditation isn't about emptying one's mind.
When i saw Andie's post about wanting to include meditation into his #healthroutine this year, i was so happy for him! Because meditation is really one thing that is beneficial for everyone and anyone.
Tomorrow, Monday, 22/03/21, 12pm, Jade and i will be going on iglive with Andie to talk about Meditation. One of the benefit of meditation is being in the present moment. And there's always something to be grateful for in this moment. Choose to see it, instead of rolling in the past or future. Afterall happiness is all about perspective.

真正的療癒一定是來自我們的內在
藉由認知並糾正自身的錯誤,重新獲得內在寧靜。
造物者為了協助我們,而在原野中創造某些花草植物
使其蘊含神聖力量,幫助我們一步步進化,朝完美的道路邁進。
疾病純粹是指標而已,它並非是要用來殘酷懲罰我們所犯下的錯誤
而是要指出錯誤,讓我們儘早改進,以免犯下更大的錯誤或做出更多傷害
並且帶領我們回到真理與光明的道路上。
在瞭解疾病的本質之前,我們必須先知道一些基本的真相。
【第一點】
就是每個人都有一個靈魂,那個靈魂就是他/她的真我(RealSelf);是一個神聖、強而有力的存在,是宇宙萬物的造物主的子女;這個身體屬於它所有,是真我在地球上的殿堂,但也僅只是真我最渺小的反射而已:住在我們內邊、也在我們四周的我們的靈魂、我們的「神性」已經依祂的意願為我們定好這輩子的生活,只要我們容許的話,它都會一直導引我們、保護與鼓勵我們,永遠為了我們最大的利益而小心戒備並慈愛地領導著我們:那個「祂」、我們的「高等自我」,是屬於上帝的一個光點,所以是無敵的、不朽的。
【第二點】
個我們必須知道的原理是,我們在這個世界所認知的「我們」是下來這裡的「人格」,為了在地球上生存期間獲得所有知識與體驗,為了發展我們所缺乏的美德,也為了消滅自己內邊的一切錯誤,如此才能向著我們完美的本質前進。靈魂知道怎樣的環境與條件最能讓我們這樣做,因此將我們放在最適合我們達到目的的生命軌道上。
【第三點】
我們必須認知在地球上的短暫旅行–也就是所謂的「生命」--只是我們進化過程中的一個片刻,就像在學校的一天而已,而雖然我們現在只能看到與瞭解這個「一天」,我們的直覺告訴我們:我們這一世的出生距離我們的起點無限遙遠,這一世的「死亡」也距離我們的終點無限遙遠。我們的靈魂才是真正的「我們」,是不朽的,而這個我們所察覺的身體只是暫時性的,只是像我們騎去旅行的一匹馬,或我們用來做一件作品的工具而已。
【第四點】
只要我們的靈魂與人格合作無間,我們就只有喜悅與和平、快樂與健康。也許我們的世俗欲望、也許別人的勸說,會讓人格在靈魂所定下的道路上迷失,此時衝突就會出現。這個衝突就是疾病與不快樂的根源。不論我們在世上的工作是什麼–擦鞋童或君王,大地主或小耕農,富裕或貧窮–只要我們依循靈魂的指示從事該項工作,一切都會沒問題;我們還進一步可以確認的是,不論我們這一世被放在哪個位置,不論尊貴或卑微,它都包含著這一次讓我們進化所須的功課與經驗,也提供我們為了自我發展所須的最有利條件。
