墨西哥城│自家製驚喜純素小店
在墨西哥城最後的幾天，我們決定搬到機場附近的住宿，方便趕飛機。這個小區距離市中心有段距離，本來以為是素食沙漠，但又幸運地找到住宿附近有間vegan小店 - Los Alebrijes Veg。
店主兼主廚11年前開始不吃肉，純素了7年。最讓我驚喜的是她研發了很多自家產品，如素臘腸，這款臘腸甚至會供應給其他餐廳，吃起來不像亞洲的臘腸，不會很咸，製成TACO的餡料也不錯呢！還有雪糕，也是自家品牌！這雪糕看上去很花俏，還撒了一些朱古力碎，和淋了朱古力醬。夏天就應該吃這種雪糕，吃完覺得很開心幸福 😁
真開心在離開前，能遇到這間小店！

Mexico City│Surprising Homemade Vegan Shop
In the last few days in Mexico City, we decided to move to the accommodation near the airport to catch the plane. This community is a distance away from the city center. I thought it was a veg desert, but I was lucky to find a vegan shop - Los Alebrijes Veg near the accommodation.
The owner and head chef started not eating meat 11 years ago and has been vegan for 7 years. What surprises me the most is that she has developed a lot of her own homemade products, such as vegan sausages. This sausage will even be supplied to other restaurants. It does not taste like Asian sausages. It will not be very salty. Make it as the fillings of TACO, pretty nice! There is also ice cream, which is also its own brand! The ice cream looked fancy, sprinkled with some chocolate chips, and drizzled with chocolate sauce. You should definitely have this kind of ice cream in such a hot summer. I feel very happy after enjoying it 😁
I'm so happy to meet this little shop before leaving!
