台灣創業者常忽略兩大要點
盲點一|未確認市場需求:痛點不夠痛
邱彥錡以朝著水桶裡倒水比喻:水桶代表新創公司,水則是使用者,至於水桶上有許多孔洞,代表可能造成使用者流失的諸多問題,可能是產品的缺陷、功能的缺失等等。但最大、也最難補的洞,是產品根本沒有打到消費者的痛點,這代表水(使用者)永遠留不下來。
盲點二|缺乏商業模式驗證:不知道誰會埋單?
精實創業並驗證客戶需求的「最精簡可行產品」(minimum viable product,MVP),是新創不可或缺的歷程。但創業者常有一個特質:主觀意識強烈,一旦自覺做的東西是對的,就會迫不及待募資、宣傳、開發市場,就像本期封面故事所說的「起步犯規」。這在台灣新創圈也很常見。
盲點三|欠缺國際觀:不知如何走出台灣?
台灣新創也較缺乏國際觀,多數侷限在2300萬人口的國內市場。劉文帥認為,台灣的創業家並不是不想走出去,而是不知道從何做起。這或許跟台灣長期以來以OEM/ODM為主的代工模式有關,看似國際化,但缺少了從生產、設計、行銷、品牌到通路的一條龍國際化訓練。
盲點四|分類錯誤:三種創業形態分不清
徐玉學解釋,大部分人談新創,都會優先想到「市場權」的新創,這種新創就是很典型的先確認市場需求、採用精實創業投入驗證,擴大商業模式,追求持續擴張。
