It's Jerry's cake!! How cute!! It tastes so delicious and so similar to my favorite Hong Kong brand Maxim's Mango cake! I was craving this flavor for a long time, and I'm so surprised that I can found a similar product in Irvine. The peach drink is my first choice as well, it tasted so refreshing, with chewy white peach pulp and crystal boba.

150g 新豬肉 150g Omnipork
15g 亁木耳 15g Dried black fungus
30g 乾冬菇 (4隻) 30g Dried Shiitake mushroom (x4)
2片厚切姜 (拍鬆) 2 thick slices of ginger (gently crushed)
三個紅蔥頭 3 shallots
1湯匙老抽 1 TBS Dark soy sauce
1 茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
1 隻雞蛋 1 egg
30g 馬蹄粉加3湯匙水 30g Water chestnut powder mix with 3 TBS water
30g 粉絲 30g Bean vermicelli
新豬肉調味料 Omnipork marinade
1茶匙生抽 1 tsp soy sauce
1茶匙生粉 1 tsp potato starch
1/4 茶匙胡椒粉 1/4 tsp ground pepper
1茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
250ml 素清湯 250ml vegetable stock
1500ml 水 1500ml water
食用配料 Optional condiments
白胡椒粉 White ground pepper
浙醋 Red vinegar
