Priming my mind with these sentences before the run.
Did a pretty hard workout this evening around my housing area. Without a warm up, straightaway pick up the pace and hit a 3:53 min for the first km.
The rhytm was there and quickly went into the zone. Running at a relatively fast pace throughout the journey.
Drizzling weather allowing me to zone in easily, and the moment I woke up, it was already the last 2km. Crusing the pace quite effortlessly from the 2nd km onwards until the 8th km.
After that decided to put in more effort on the last km to finish it strong.
Clock the last km at 3:23 min/km
Definitely a great run!
