This coming 28th April, I will be taking part in the #NatGeoEarthDayRun2019!
I need to know if my regime has made me as good as most runners out there although I never specifically train for it. When I mean good it doesn’t mean running faster than them but able to complete the run smoothly without any injury, pain or discomfort. Also, the meaning behind this run is important to humankind. Which is to say NO to plastic. So, say no to plastic and join me for this run! #PlanetOrPlastic #IChoosePlanet
