How do you solve cravings?
Nightfall is coming.. And that's when the fridge gets super tempting 🤣. I divert to @kapowballs for my craving fix - true story.
Especially ladies when time of the month comes and you want that piece of chocolate or cake (you need magnesium lol) but the next alternative if you want to watch that sugar tooth, just get something with better ingredients.

Now I'm all for having like actual sugary treats from time to time, if it will keep you sane. But the reality is the type of ingredients still matter. Eating wholesome sweet stuff will still always be better compared to that in a box or a packet which usually has processed sugar. Just be smart with how you fuel your body 😉
