梁心頤Lara最早是在南拳媽媽樂團擔任主唱，甜美清亮的嗓音擁有極高的記憶點，唱紅不少經典歌曲如「橘子汽水」「下雨天」等等，幾年前開始以「梁心頤Lara」闖蕩歌壇。
Lara於2018年12月透過集資發行了「千面獸」專輯，除了完整連貫的專輯故事、多樣豐富的音樂風格、精彩衝擊的視覺設計之外，還由姊姊Esther擔任導演拍攝了一部音樂電影「明日之星」，Lara與Esther姐妹檔完全展現了女性堅強而無窮的能量，為流行音樂圈投下一個震撼彈。
2019年夏天，音樂能量豐沛的梁心頤Lara連續推出兩首單曲「永隔」「光耀」，令人期待她未來的音樂計劃！
