Did it look 100% like the photo ? No. But it turned out really well!
What you need in your kitchen:
Grouper fillet (skin off)
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Snow peas
Spring onions
Ginger
Peas
Carrot
Turmeric Powder
Coconut Milk
Red Curry Paste
Coriander for garnish (for those of you who like it 🤯)
