Side note I think it's so important to be happy in your own skin and finding a sustainable lifestyle that helps you stay lean. I can say I'm the happiest I've ever been with how I look currently (this is also if I wasn't competing) and wanting to be better is addictive. I hope you have the same desire to be better than you were yesterday too. Take baby steps 😘

Happy Monday! Reflected quite a bit yesterday after the comp and I am honestly filled with content, joy and satisfaction. .
I want to first of all thank GOD who gave all the strength I needed and my family who were absolute rockstars in being my support system especially @nessalow91.

@benperformancecoach you are truly the best coach for me, in teaching me so much on nutrition, training and being a great mentor. 1 day out peeps! As we speak I'm turning into a brownie at @pinkparlourph in my birthday suit lol. Fyi body fat dropped to 12.3% and weight is now at 52.1kg. Your body can change really fast but please this is not how you are suppose to lose weight so quickly for those NOT competing.

Also I'm uploading "What I Eat In Day" on my youtube channel. Talk about multitasking. The main thing is no stress and I'm feeling amazing!
