{Recipe} Pumpkin Coconut Bars
A) For the base:
@lotuspantry Coconut Flour 120g
Sugar 20g
@lotuspantry Brown Rice Syrup 15g
Butter 70g
B) For the top:
@lotuspantry Pumpkin Kernels 80g
@lotuspantry Brown Rice Syrup 20g
Sugar 60
Butter 30g
1. Pulse Set A ingredients in a food processor until sandy. Press them in a 20x20cm lined square mold. Bake for 10-13min at 170 degrees C.
2. Place Set B ingredients in a pot and stir till sugar has melted. Pour the mixture on top of the base and bake for another 10min or till caramelized shiny.

- 1 tbsp Bơ Hạt/Nut Butter (Peanut, Almond...)🥜
- 1 tsp Dầu Dừa/Coconut Oil🥥
- 1 tbsp Mật Ong/Honey🍯
- 1 cup Homemade Granola
- ¼ tsp Bột Quế/Cinnamon Powder
- 1 scoop Bột Collagen/Collagen Powder (Optional)
- 1tbsp Siro Cây Phong/Maple Syrup (Optional)

Bí đỏ các bạn xắt cục hấp chín rồi nghiền nhuyễn nhé. Sau đó cho tất cả nguyên liệu vào máy xay thực phẩm và xay tới khi nào thấy quyện vào nhau yhanhf một hỗn hợp đặc là được nè, khoảng 30-60s là xong thôi. Xong rồi các bạn đổ ra một mặt phẳng hộp vuông hay tròn tùy nhé (có thể lót giấy nến cho đỡ dính), dàn đều ra và cho vào ngăn đông tủ lạnh trong khoảng 1-2 tiếng để hỗ hợp cứng lại, rồi lấy ra cắt thành thanh và dự trữ trong tủ lạnh ngăn dưới nếu ăn không hết nha.

However, after mixing in with the cold brew, the coffee taste overpowered the cream, leaving an aftertaste of latte instead of PSL!

Granola Bars
1 ½ cups (120 g) Nutrabliss organic rolled oats (not instant or quick cook)
1 cup (100 g) quinoa flakes (or spelt, barley or further oats flakes)
½ cup (170 g) honey
¼ cup (45 g) Nutrabliss extra virgin coconut oil
zest of 1 orange
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
½ tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
pinch salt
½ cup (60 g) unsalted, roasted shelled pumpkin seeds
¼ cup (30 g) unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds
½ cup (70 g) dried cranberries
½ cup (80 g) raisin
Matcha Granola
3 Handful of nuts
60-70g coconut oil
130g maple syrup
2 TBSP matcha

スーパーフードと呼ばれるくらい栄養豊富で、いろんな料理にも使えるんです!
今回は材料を混ぜて丸めるだけの超簡単なスイーツレシピ♪
3種で自分に合うフレーバーをぜひ作ってみてくださいね♡
オートミールボール3種
■アップルパイ味オートミールボール
15個分
材料:
青りんご(千切にして水分を軽く絞り出しておく) 40g
アーモンドバター 80g
メープルシロップまたはハチミツ 85g
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
オートミール 120g
シナモン 小さじ1
塩 1つまみ
作り方:
1. ボウルに青りんご、アーモンドバター、メープルシロップまたはハチミツ、バニラエクストラクトを入れて、よく混ぜる。
2. オートミール、シナモン、塩を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
3. 冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。
4. (3)をスプーンで(大さじ1ほど)手に取り、ボール状に丸めたら、完成!
※密閉容器に入れて1週間ほど冷蔵保存できる
■クランベリー&ナッツ オートミールボール
15個分
材料:
ドライクランベリー 40g
アーモンドバター 160g
メープルシロップ 85g
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
オートミール 80g
ピーカンナッツ(砕いておく) 大さじ2
塩 1つまみ
作り方:
1. ボウルにドライクランベリー、アーモンドバター、メープルシロップ、バニラエクストラクトを入れて、よく混ぜる。
2. オートミール、ピーカンナッツ、塩を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
3. 冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。
4. (3)をスプーンで(大さじ1ほど)手に取り、ボール状に丸めたら、完成!

■パンプキンパイ味オートミールボール

⅓ cup almond butter

1 ½ cups rolled oats (120g)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, combine the grated apple, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
2. Add the oats, cinnamon, and salt, and mix until evenly distributed.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture, then roll into balls with your hands.
5. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
6. Enjoy!
■Cranberry Pecan Bites
Ingredients

⅓ cup dried cranberries (40g)

香茅 2 Lemongrass
粗鹽 200g Coarse salt
指天椒 2 Chili
蒜頭 5cloves Garlic
青檸 2 Lime
魚露 2tbsp Fish sauce
砂糖 20g Sugar
1.魚洗淨備用
2.香茅切頭尾,拍扁對摺,在魚表面輕抹後放入魚內
3.焗盤鋪上少許粗鹽
4.魚身底面鋪滿粗鹽
5.200度焗20分鐘,出爐後放置5分鐘即成
5.指天椒剪碎,蒜頭去皮,擠入青檸汁,加入魚露及砂糖打成蓉即成
蜜桃紅茶
熱水 30ml Hot Water
紅茶包 1 Black Tea Bag
檸檬 ¼ Lemon
罐頭桃 1/2 Peach Halves
糖水 30ml Syrup
冰塊 適量 Ice
1.罐頭桃切片及切粒備用
2.熱水浸泡茶包
3.桃粒,糖水,擠入檸檬汁拌勻後加入部分冰塊
4.加入已浸泡好的紅茶拌勻,加入餘下冰塊及桃片即成
