Hi guys! Selama ni I asyik tengok je orang lain masak Kari Jepun especially #JapaneseChickenKatsuCurry, now finally I dapat cuba buat sendiri dengan adanya curry roux dari @dapurkarialajepang ni yeayy! ?

FYI, sangat mudah & menjimatkan masa nak masak bila guna curry roux ni tau, serious! Ada 2 jenis curry roux House Kari ala Jepang ni iaitu Original & Spicy, dan untuk first time mencuba ni, I gunakan yang Spicy. Bahan lainnya I just guna ayam, bawang, kentang & lobak merah - cuma tumis, tambah air dan masukkan curry roux House Kari ala Jepang, biarkan sehingga kuah pekat, dan siap untuk dimakan! Sangat mudah bukan? Boleh tengok video I ni untuk step by step memasak, beserta close up dan review rasa kari ni juga okay ?
