Now what the heck is Strala Yoga?

Strala means radiate light in Swedish, it is a way of being, moving and healing that helps people to connect with how they feel, move how it feels good, and handle challenges with ease.

It’s similar to a vinyasa flow class, where the movements are strung together almost in a dance-like motion it focuses on strength and flexibility, stability and mobility to deliver a full body awareness with deep breaths.

Be prepared to let movement dissolve into stillness with inspiring and upbeat tunes.

Who is Grace?

Grace is a Strala guide based in Kuala Lumpur, MY.

A former flight attendant with our national carrier, a part of her job purpose was to meet, help, and serve people to feel comfortable with who, and where they are.

It become a personal expression and expands into being true over time.
In October 2015, she pursued her Strala Yoga 200+hours Ready to Lead Training in New York.
Strala is a way of being, like nature, a protégé of Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, the founders of Strala from New York, whom she trained with.

She is known for being easygoing, lighthearted, and inspirational as she continues to expand into leading yoga and living as a lifestyle.
With this experience, it spells courage to listen and explore.
She is also a Usui Reiki therapist, a Japanese healing system for wellness.

She believes yoga is for everyone.

WHAT IS AERIAL SCULPTING?
- By using hammocks, this 2-hours workshop combines Aerial Yoga with the training of muscle strength, muscle endurance & cardio aerobic capacity to add more fun to the practice.
- Train up body muscle by learning method to work against the pull of gravity.
- Increase muscle mass & reduce body fat body.
- Lose weight with muscle toning & body sculpture.
- Increase the body's athletic ability.
- Combination of fun aerobic training to increase physical cardiopulmonary exercise capacity.
- Deep relaxation of body muscle through the whole body stretch.
