這個美國 Red Lobster 連鎖餐廳推出的 biscuit mix，讓你在家也能輕鬆做出餐廳級的招牌鬆餅，真是好方便又貼心。

完全給天天要操煩變換三餐主食，遊走在飯、麵、餅、水餃、包子饅頭…之間的崩潰煮婦（沒有誇張），指引了一條康莊大道！

趁烤餅的時候，順手把去骨雞腿排以雞皮面朝下，連油都不用放的姿勢擺在平底鍋裡自己慢慢煎，然後煮上二鍋水，轉身把先前洗淨的花椰菜切好，水滾川燙後撈起，淋上蒜蓉麻油醬汁，再從冰箱裡夾出2份涼拌常備菜，接著雞排翻面後灑上調味料，續煎。

在早就滾了的另一鍋水裡加入康寶濃湯粉（此產品也是主婦救星啊），水滾加蛋液後熄火。這時雞排也煎好嚕，那就不拿刀切了（免得又要洗刀洗砧板什麼的），直接用料理剪刀剪一剪了事！

聞到餅香的同時，烤箱裡鬆餅也烤好了！就這樣四菜一湯再配個餅，陳太太的30分鐘內上菜就完成啦（誤）！

我家的 Red lobster cheddar bay biscuits mix 是在Costco買的，一盒裡面有4包料理包，一包約可做10個鬆餅；我後來在 Safeway 也有看到小盒裝的版本，推薦給住在北美的網友，可以買回家試試看喔！

@RedLobster is a restaurant chain in the USA, which I never visited when I was living in Boston😛 (as it is more of a family-friendly dining outlet) They opened a branch in HK this year and I checked it out a couple weeks ago. In conclusion, food is super reasonably priced, comes in large portions, quality is a tad mass market so you get what you pay for ✨
