For the hypertrophy training, keeping constant tension is the key to switch on mTOR and stimulate muscles protein synthesis.
Tempo can be 3030 - 3s down 3s up.
or up to 10s down.
Push-ups x 80 reps is my personal favourite Finisher.
I am totally destroyed but feeling good.
Cable Chest Flye superset with Push-ups is another good program.
It's a killer. I promise your chest is "pumped" after the first set.
But the key is Constant Tension.
Constant tension on every single exercise. Not just push-ups, is every movement such as leg press, leg extension, leg curl, biceps curl, triceps extension, lateral raises...
"Stretch & Contract" your muscles from point A to point B.
As Nick Mitchell said "Every Rep Has Meaning".

Actually, I've coming to understand why Russians and my Chinese coaches used to think it was ridiculous when I wrote sets before reps.
It is really unintuitive to write like that. So from today onwards, it's rep/set
Team A (Strength Work)
- Front Squats to 2RM, then 3x5 sets
- Power clean & Push press to 3RM. Then 5x5 sets
- Pull-ups for 50 reps
- Handstands, 60 seconds for 4 sets
- Jumping lunges, 15 reps/leg x 5 sets
Team B (Snatches)
- Snatches to technical 1RM (meaning if your feet move when receiving, you've made your mistake. Stop), then 3 x 6 sets
- Snatch pulls focusing on keeping weights on ball of foot and getting heels off the ground WITHOUT leaning back (use lats), 10 reps x 6 sets
- Panda pulls off blocks (focus on keeping knees bent and hips go forward!) 5 reps X enough sets to make you bored
- Behind neck lat pulldowns (100 reps)

Team A ( Explosive Work )
- Muscle snatches to 2RM. Second rep, you should struggle. Then 6x5 reps. Take a weight where you can complete each set within 45 seconds.
- 1 floor power snatch + 1 hang snatch + 1 Snatch Balance to a technical 1RM (meaning if you struggle, stop)
- Snatch pull from standing on 2" blocks, 6x4 reps,
- Panda pulls, sets of 5 until you get bored stupid
- Squat jumps with an empty barbell, stop above parallel, 100 reps

Team B ( Strength )
- Front squats with slow eccentric, 6x3
Slow is dependant, don't think I don't know that even if I said 3 seconds, you guys will overdo the weights and end up doing it in 1 1/2 seconds. And the girls will take too light a weight. May as well let your conscience state what is slow eccentric
Remember to minimize muscular activation with control
- Clean pulls with pause 1" above floor, pause 1 second at lowest position. 6x2
- Behind neck push press to, 3x5 reps. Only the last 2 reps should you struggle a bit in a set
- Box jumps to a height where when you land, you're at parallel (100 reps)
- Rows, 50 reps
