I got an Oreo-style mold, so I made something like Oreo with cookies sandwiched between chocolates.The point of the effort is to bake the cookies inside as white as possible to make them look more like cream.This mold is so cute. I hope I can make soap or something.
*recipe*
Make the Oreo cookie part with chocolate
1.Place 70g of chocolate in a heatproof container and cover with plastic wrap.
2.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 50 seconds. Switch back and forth and heat again for 50 seconds.
3.Take it out,stir slowly to prevent air bubbles from forming and melt the chocolate completely.(If it does not melt completely, heat in 10-second increments.)
4.Mix for 1 minute while cooling with ice water.
5.Cover with plastic wrap again and heat for 40 seconds.
6.Pour into a mold.
7.Tap the mold on the table to release the air bubbles.
8.Chill in the refrigerator.
Make the cream part of Oreo with cookies
9.Knead 50g of unsalted butter softly.
10.Mix in 40g of sugar.
11.Eat in 20g egg white.
12.Sift 100g of cake flour and fold.
13.Roll the dough into a tube and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
14.When the dough is easy to handle, take it out of the freezer, form it into a 4 cm tube, and chill it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
15.When cool enough to cut, cut into thin slices. I made about 24 sheets.
16.Place on the top plate and bake in an oven preheated to 140 ° C for 20 minutes.I put aluminum foil and a top plate on top in 10 minutes to bake it white.
17.Remove (8) from the mold.
18.While the baked (16) is still warm, stick it between (17).
19.It's done. It's cute.
オレオ風の型を入手したので、チョコでクッキーを挟んだオレオみたいなものを作りました。中に挟んだクッキーをクリームに近づけるべく、できるだけ白く焼き上げるのが努力ポイントです。この型かわいいんだよ。石鹸とか作ってもいいなぁ。
*レシピ*
チョコレートでオレオのクッキー部分を作ります
1.耐熱容器にチョコレート70gを入れ、ラップをする。
2.電子レンジ 600wで50秒加熱する。前後を入れ替えて、再び50秒加熱する。
3.取り出し、気泡を作らないようにゆっくり混ぜ、チョコレートを完全に溶かす(完全に溶けない場合は10秒ずつ様子を見ながら加熱する)。
4.氷水で冷やしながら1分混ぜる。
5.再びラップをして、40秒加熱する。
6.型に流し込む。
7.トントントンと台に打ち付け、気泡を抜く。
8.冷蔵庫で冷やす。
クッキーでオレオのクリーム部分を作ります
9.無塩バター 50gを柔らかく練る。
10.砂糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。
11.卵白 20gを入れ混ぜる。
12.薄力粉 100gをふるい入れ、さっくりと混ぜる。
13.ざっくりと筒状にまとめ、冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす。
14.扱いやすくなったら冷凍庫から取り出し、4cmの筒状にし、冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす。
15.切れるくらいの固さまで冷えたら、薄く切り分ける。24枚ほどできました。
16.天板に並べ、140℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。白く焼き上げるために10分の段階で、上にアルミ箔と天板を入れました。
17.(8)を型から取り出す。
18.焼き上がった(16)がまだ温かいうちに(17)で挟みくっける。
19.でけた。かわええ。

Resepi Roti Jala Ros & Kari Ayam
Bahan-bahan (Roti Jala)
1 cwn tepung gandum
1 sk garam
1 biji telur
1/2 cwn air
1/2 cwn susu segar
1 sk pewarna merah jambu
1 sk pewarna hijau
Bahan-bahan (Kari Ayam)
1 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
500 gm isi ayam (dipotong kecil)
1/2 cwn minyak masak
200 ml santan
1/2 cwn air (ikut kepekatan kuah)
1/2 sb garam
1/4 cwn air limau nipis
8 sb rempah kari daging
2 sb serbuk cili
sedikit air
Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar
4 biji bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
sedikit air
Bahan-bahan untuk ditumis
2 tangkai daun kari
2 batang kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang
3 buah pelaga
1 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
Nota: Bancuh rempah kari terdahulu sebelum masak untuk mendapatkan kepekatan kuah kari sekata.
Cara memasak (Roti Jala)
1. Masukkan tepung gandum, telur, air, susu dan garam ke dalam pengisar.
2. Kisar bahan-bahan sehingga halus.
3. Bahagikan adunan tersebut ke dalam dua mangkuk.
4. Warnakan setiap satu adunan dengan pewarna merah jambu dan hijau. Masukkan adunan merah jambu ke dalam botol picit dan adunan hijau ke dalam piping bag.
5. Panaskan non-stick pan dengan api perlahan. Picit adunan merah membentuk garisan melintang. Kemudian, lakarkan garisan berombak. Titiskan tiga titis adunan hijau di bahagian atas garisan berombak membentuk daun.
6. Biarkan selama 1-2 minit atau sehingga adunan masak.
7. Angkat dan gulung menjadi bentuk bunga ros.
Cara memasak (Kari Ayam)
1. Bancuh rempah kari dan serbuk cili dengan sedikit air untuk dijadikan pes.
2. Kisarkan bawang putih, bawang merah dan halia bersama air sehingga lumat.
3. Panaskan minyak, tumiskan daun kari, kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga dan bawang merah sehingga naik bau.
4. Masukkan bahan kisar dan kacau seketika sehingga kekuningan.
5. Masukkan pes kari. Teruskan menumis hingga pecah minyak (tambahkan air jika terlalu kering untuk elak daripada jadi hangit).
6. Masukkan ayam dan kentang.
7. Kacau seketika selama 2-3 minit dan tambahkan air limau nipis. Masak sehingga ubi kentang dan ayam menjadi empuk.
8. Tambahkan santan dan perasakan dengan garam. Tunggu sehingga mendidih dan siap untuk dihidangkan.

Rose Net Crepes & Chicken Curry
Ingredients (Net Crepes)
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of salt
1 nos egg
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of fresh milk
1 tsp of pink food coloring
1 tsp of green food coloring
Ingredients (Chicken Curry)
1 potato (diced)
500 gm chicken fillet (cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup of cooking oil
200 ml coconut milk
1/2 cup of water (according to the gravy consistency)
1/2 tbsp of salt
1/4 cup of key lime juice
8 tbsp of meat curry powder
2 tbsp of chili powder
bit of water
Ingredients for grinding
4 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
bit of water
Ingredients for saute
2 stalks of curry leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
3 cardamoms
1 onion (sliced)
Note: Make the curry powder paste first before cooking to get an even curry gravy consistency.
Cooking methods (Net Crepes)
1. Put all-purpose flour, egg, water, milk and salt in a blender.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth in texture.
3. Divide the batter into two bowls.
4. Color each batter with pink and green food coloring. Pour pink batter into a squeeze bottle and green batter into a piping bag.
5. Heat non-stick pan to low heat. Squeeze pink batter forming horizontal line. Then, draw wavy line. Drop three dots of green batter at the top of wavy line to forming leaves.
6. Let it be for 1-2 minutes or until fully cooked.
7. Remove and roll to rose shape.
Cooking methods (Chicken Curry)
1. Mix curry powder and chili powder with bit of water to make a paste.
2. Grind garlic, onion, and ginger with water until smooth.
3. Heat the oil, saute curry leaves, cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, star anise and onion until fragrant.
4. Add in grinded ingredients and stir for a while until golden.
5. Add in curry paste. Continue sauteing until the oil separates (add water if it is too dry to avoid burnt).
6. Add in chicken pieces and potatoes.
7. Stir for about 2-3 minutes and add in key lime juice. Cook until potatoes and chicken are tender.
8. Add in coconut milk and season with salt. Bring to a boil and it is ready to be served.

1/2 sk garam
1 1/2 sb minyak jagung

1/2 sk pewarna makanan hijau
1/2 cwn air
Bahan-bahan (Inti Kelapa)
2 cwn kelapa parut
1/2 cwn gula Melaka (dihiris)
5 sb air
2 helai daun pandan (disimpul)
1/2 sk garam
Cara memasak
1. INTI KELAPA: Masukkan air, hirisan gula Melaka dan daun pandan (disimpul) ke dalam kuali. Masak dengan api kecil sehingga gula larut sepenuhnya.
2. Kemudian, masukkan kelapa parut dan garam.
3. Kacau sehingga kelapa parut tadi bercampur rata dengan larutan gula melaka. Inti akan menjadi keperangan.
4. LAPISAN KETAYAP: Masukkan bahan-bahan yang diperlukan ke dalam pengisar kecuali minyak jagung dan pewarna makanan.
5. Kisar sehingga halus dan tidak berketul. Kemudian, masukkan minyak jagung ke dalam adunan.
6. Bahagikan adunan kepada dua mangkuk secara sama rata.
7. Masukkan pewarna makanan hijau ke dalam mangkuk pertama dan pewarna makanan merah jambu ke dalam mangkuk yang kedua.
8. Oleskan sedikit minyak jagung pada kuali untuk elak kulit ketayap daripada melekat. Gunakan api sederhana.
9. Titiskan dahulu adunan berwarna merah jambu untuk membentuk polkadot. Biarkan seketika.
10. Kemudian, masukkan 1/2 senduk adunan hijau.
11. Apabila kulit ketayap sudah masak, boleh angkat.
12. Terus letakkan inti dan gulung kemas.
13. Ulangi sehingga adunan tadi habis.

1/2 tsp of pandan essence
1/2 tsp of pink food coloring
1/2 tsp of green food coloring
1/2 cup of water
Ingredients (Coconut Filling)
2 cups of grated coconut
1/2 cup of palm sugar (shaved)
5 tbsp of water
2 strands of pandan leaves (knotted)
1/2 tsp of salt
Cooking methods
1. COCONUT FILLING: Put water, shaved palm sugar and pandan leaves (knotted) in a pan. Cook over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Then, add in grated coconut and salt.
3. Mix until grated coconut and palm sugar mixture are well-combined. The filling will be brownish.
4. CREPE SKIN: Put all ingredients needed in a blender except corn oil and food coloring.
5. Blend until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Then, put corn oil in the batter.
6. Divide batter evenly into two bowls.
7. Put green food coloring in the first bowl and pink food coloring in the second bowl.
8. Grease pan with bit of corn oil to avoid crepe skin from sticks to pan. Use medium heat.
9. Drop bit of pink batter forming polka dot. Let it be for a while.
10. Then, add in 1/2 ladle of green batter.
11. When the crepe skin is ripe, remove from the pan.
12. Continue to place coconut filling on it and roll neatly.
13. Repeat until there is no batter left.
