The highlight of the event was the live cutting demonstration of an entire gigantic Bluefin tuna that day. It was indeed an eye-opening experience for all guest as everyone was excited to witness the cutting ceremony of Bluefin Tuna, one of the most highly prized fish by the restaurant's Master Chef.
