ひな祭りに向けたスイーツレシピのご紹介です!
抹茶のプリン、ミルクプリン、いちごのソースがかかった綺麗な三層に仕上げました♡
優しい甘さと、ほのかに甘酸っぱいいちごのソースがとても美味しいですよ♪
混ぜて冷やし固めるだけの簡単レシピです!ぜひ作ってみてくださいね♪
ひな祭りプリン
2人分
材料:
■いちごソース
いちご 5個
砂糖 小さじ2
水 小さじ2
■抹茶プリン
牛乳 150ml
抹茶 小さじ1
砂糖 大さじ1
ゼラチン 3g
お湯 10ml
■ミルクプリン
牛乳 150ml
砂糖 大さじ1
ゼラチン 3g
お湯 10ml
いちご(飾り用) 2個
食用金箔 適量
作り方:
1.小皿を2つ用意し、それぞれにお湯とゼラチンを入れ、混ぜ溶かしておく。
2.いちごソースをつくる。
耐熱小皿に、いちご、砂糖、水を入れて電子レンジで600W1分30秒加熱し、いちごをスプーンで潰し混ぜる。
3.抹茶プリンをつくる。
耐熱容器に、牛乳、砂糖を入れてよく混ぜ、600W50秒加熱し、熱いうちに、抹茶パウダー、1のゼラチンの片方を入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。
4.透明のカップに(3)を注ぎ、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
5.ミルクプリンをつくる。
耐熱容器に、牛乳、砂糖を入れてよく混ぜ、600W50秒加熱し、熱いうちに、1のゼラチンのもう片方を入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。
6.冷凍庫から取り出した(4)に注ぎいれ、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
7.(6)が固まったらいちごソースをかけ、カットしたいちご(飾り用)をのせ、食用金箔を散らして完成!

INGREDIENTS
◆Strawberry sauce
5 strawberries
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons water
◆Matcha flan
150ml milk
1 teaspoon matcha
1 tablespoon sugar
3g gelatin powder
10ml hot water
◆Milk flan
150ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar
3g gelatin powder
10ml hot water
2 strawberries (for toppings)
Some edible gold sprinkles
PREPARATION
1. Mix hot water and gelatin powder in 2 small bowls.
2. For strawberry sauce: put strawberries, sugar, and water in a heat-resistant bowl. Microwave for a minute and half at 600W. Mash strawberries with a spoon.
3. For matcha flan: mix milk and sugar in a heat-resistant bowl. Microwave for 50 seconds at 600W. While still hot, add matcha powder and melted gelatin (one of 1) and mix well.
4. Pour the matcha mixture (3) into clear cups. Rest in the refrigerator.
5. For milk flan: mix milk and sugar in a heat-resistant bowl. Microwave for 50 seconds at 600W. Add melted gelatin (1) and mix well while hot.
6. Pour the milk mixture (5) into the cups over the matcha layer. Rest in the refrigerator.
7. When (6) is solid, add strawberry sauce (2) and strawberry pieces. Put some gold sprinkles.
8.Enjoy!

Today, I'm going to make "Chirashi - Sushi".
"Chirashi - Sushi" is the japanese traditonal food which we often eat at the event on 3 March called “Hinamatsuri”.
It ‘s the day where parents pray for their daughter's sound growth.
"Chirashi" means scattered, served on plates or bowls with many toppings.
We scatter some fish or seashell beautifully on vinegar rice.
I used dashi soup from dried shiitake mashroom.
In my channel, I'm going to make Japanese cuisine by using Japanese Dashi.
I wanna express the Japanese aesthetic senses through my youtube video.

# Ingredients
- Sushi vinegar
- Rice vinegar : 30ml
- Sugar : 1 tbsp
- Salt : 1/3 tbsp
- Topping
- Rice : 1 cup
- Dried shiitake mashroom : 2 pieces
- Radish sprout : 1 bunch
- Carrot : 50g
- Salmon for raw consumption : 150g
- Shrimp : 1 piece
- Frying fish roe : 3g - 5g
- Egg : 1 piece
- Thin fried tofu : 1 piece
- Sesame : 1 tbsp
- sugar : 1/4 tbsp
- soy sauce : 1/2 tbsp
- oil : as much as needed
- salt : as much as needed

Fillings and toppings are up to you but I suggest you to make "Tamago Soboro (seasoned scrambled egg)". It makes the dish tasty and delicious😋 In fact, my daughter ate 2 cups. WOW However, do not let your kids eat raw fish until over 8. She just ate the boiled shrimp.

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 4 (150ml) cups
Ingredients:
300g (10.6oz.) cooked Japanese rice
2 tbsp. Sushi vinegar
((Fillings and Toppings))
Crunchy Wakame Salad

Tamago Soboro
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp. sesame oil
* 1 tsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
* a pinch of salt
Sakura Denbu (pink colored seasoned shredded codfish)
smoked salmon
Ikura (salmon roe)
octopus Sashimi or any Sashimi of your choice
cooked shrimp
Directions:
1. Spoon cooked Japanese rice into a bowl. Add Sushi vinegar while the rice is still hot and slice through the rice using a rice paddle to separate the grains. Let the rice cool.
2. Place all ingredients for Tamago Soboro in a small pot. Put on low then keep stirring with a whisk until the egg turns into crumbles. Let it cool.
3. In a small cup, fill in Crunchy Wakame Salad, Sushi rice, Tamago Soboro, Sushi rice, Sakura Denbu, and Sushi rice in order.
4. Garnish with the toppings.
If you have Ikura, you won't need soy sauce. However, you can eat with soy sauce and/or Wasabi if necessary.
FYI: Ingredients to make Sushi vinegar from scratch.
1.5 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
