Recently, there is still smog in and around Bangkok where the level of PM2.5 is higher than normal (according to the WHO: not exceeding 25 μg/m3 over a period of 24 hrs, whereas Thailand uses 50 μg/m3) so the air quality is unhealthy to breathe for those of you whose immune systems are compromised, are sick, have lung disease, suffer from allergies, are infants, are pregnant, and/or have heart disease. Overall though, it is advised for everyone to remain indoors as much as possible and to take care of their health. If outdoors for long periods of time, then it is recommended to check the AQI conditions and to wear a mask with N95-class protection designed to filter out PM2.5.
