I really enjoyed making today’s video because I personally love working out and observing the difference between two countries. I hope you enjoyed it too.
I like working out in Singapore more because it’s easier to make friends with the staffs and other people. Talking to strangers in the gym is something we Japanese don’t really do, and it can get frustrating sometimes. (The vibe is totally different; I would talk to people in Singapore but not in Japan. So weird right)

Tea appreciation, also called “Cha Dao” in Mandarin, it he art of Chinese Tea preparation and includes the most extensive chapters from learning how to brew a good cup of tea with the proper use of drinking utensils accordingly to the type of tea leaves. Also comprehensively including the rich heritage of Chinese customs that compliments this refined art form, the learning curve is one that is never ending. From the many healthy benefits and the myriad of intricate Chinese Tea flavours available, to the etiquette of drinking tea, as well as the long history that is tie to the development of the process of tea consumption, this art is one that I am never ever tired and sick of learning.
Tea Plus at the Gardens in Mid Valley Megamall is one tea palour at the best convenience for anyone who’d like to try appreciating the many different flavor profile of Chinese tea. Take note that prices maybe a little steep but is totally justifiable. This isn’t my first visit but I had as much fun as every other visits I previously paid to this tea bar.
