{Recipe} Laksa Seafood Pancake
Inspired by the Korean kimchi pancake, this laksa seafood pancake is spicy and delicious thanks to New Moon Laksa Paste which is full of oomph and kick. I used the king top shell which is a good source of protein as it is actually low in fat and trans-fat free. Feel free to add prawns or squid to your liking.
Ingredients (Makes 2 large 20-cm pancakes)
2 Tb Sesame Oil
1 medium sized red pepper, sliced
2 stalks thai spring onion, cut into about 5-cm in length
1 New Moon Braised King Top Shell, cut each slice by half
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup corn starch
40g New Moon Laksa Paste
200ml water (feel free to use coconut milk)
1 tsp white sesame, toasted
For the dipping sauce:
2 Tb soy sauce
2 Tb white rice vinegar
Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, corn starch, water and laksa paste till well-combined. Add in spring onion, red pepper and braised king top shell slices.
2. Heat a nonstick or cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and add the batter to the pan, spreading it in an even layer. Fry until browned on one side. Flip the pancake and continue to cook until browned on the other side.
3. Assemble the dipping sauce by combining the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Serve alongside the pancake.

600 g Whole chicken legs (cut into bite size)
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Tapioca flour
1 tsp Oil
40 g Oil
3 stalk(s) Spring onion (White part, cut into 4cm long)
8 clove(s) Garlic
8 clove(s) Shallot
8 slice(s) Ginger
1 pc(s) Red Onion (cut to wedges)
3 stalk(s) Spring onion (Green part, cut into 4cm long)
Hotdog buns
1 pc(s) Cold egg (about 55g)
170 g Ice Cold water
20 g Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Yeast
20 g Milk powder
350 g High protein flour / bread flour
50 g Cold Butter

1.麥片核桃飲
泡水燕麥:水=1:4
材料:
麥片 70公克/oat 70g
水 280公克/water 280g
核桃 25公克/ wallnuts 25g
作法:
1. 先將麥片和水泡開。
2. 核桃放入隨行杯中,再將刀片座轉緊。
3. 將杯子放在主機上,旋緊瓶身啟動電源,攪打至均勻即可。
2.健康蔬果汁
材料:
羽衣甘藍 30公克/ kale 30g
蘋果 50公克/apple 50g
芭樂 50公克/ guava 50g
葡萄 50公克/ grape 50g
美生菜 40公克/ lettuce 40g
胡蘿蔔 50公克/ carrot 50g
水 200公克/water 200g
作法:
1. 將材料放入隨行杯中,再將刀片座轉緊。
2. 將杯子放在主機上,旋緊瓶身啟動電源,攪打至均勻即可。
3.芒果冰沙
材料:
芒果塊 200公克/ mango 200g
冰塊 200公克/ice cube 200g
作法:
1. 將冰塊、芒果塊依序放入隨行杯中,再將刀片座轉緊。
2. 將杯子放在主機上,旋緊瓶身啟動電源,攪打至均勻即可。
4.高蛋白飲品
材料:
香蕉 80公克/banana 80g
酪梨 50公克/ avocado 50g
高蛋白粉 2大匙/ protein isolated from soybean 2tbsp.
豆漿 350公克/ soy bean milk 350g
作法:
1. 將材料依序放入隨行杯中,再將刀片座轉緊。
2. 將杯子放在主機上,旋緊瓶身啟動電源,攪打至均勻即可。
5.起司奶蓋
材料:
材料:
鮮奶 150/milk 150ml
鮮奶油 300ml/cream 300ml
細砂糖 2大匙/sugar 2tbsp.
起司粉 1大匙/ cheese powder 1tbsp.
作法:
1. 將細砂糖、起司粉、鮮奶和鮮奶油放入隨行杯中,鎖上刀頭。
2. 打約30秒至奶泡濃稠細緻即可。
3. 取杯裝入茶飲,再放入打好的奶蓋,撒上碎堅果即可。
6.夏日沙拉醬-油醋醬
材料
蒜仁 15公克/garlic 15g
洋蔥片 30公克/onion 30g
白酒醋 80公克/ white wine vinegar 80g
橄欖油 120公克/olive oil 100g
黑胡椒粉 1茶匙/ ground black pepper 1tsp.
巴西里末 1/2茶匙/ dried parsley 1/2tsp.
鹽 1/2茶匙/salt 1/2tsp.
糖 2大匙/sugar 2tbsp.
作法
1. 將所有材料放入隨行杯中,再將刀片座轉緊。
2. 將杯子放在主機上,旋緊瓶身啟動電源,攪打至均勻即可。
3. 搭配沙拉食用即可。
7.蔬菜蛋液
材料:
雞蛋 4顆/eggs 4
蔥 30公克/scallion 30g
胡蘿蔔 120公克/ carrot 120g
四季豆 40公克/ dwarf beans 40g
洋蔥 50公克/onion 50g
調味料:
鹽 1/2茶匙/salt 1/2tsp.
作法:
1. 將所有材料依序放入隨行杯中,再將刀片座轉緊。
2. 將杯子放在主機上,旋緊瓶身啟動電源,攪打至均勻即可。
3.熱鍋,放入適量油,將蛋液倒入鍋中,中火煎至雙面金黃即可。
