因為滷味很看個人口味，基本上就是你愛吃什麼就夾什麼，所以就簡單介紹我會點的品項！

📌麻辣鴨血豆腐 $40
整體不會很辣，不吃辣的朋友也可以嘗試！鴨血口感軟嫩Q彈與豆腐滑順綿密！兩者滷的非常入味，吸飽了滿滿湯汁，十分對味！

📌蔬菜類 $30
小鴨的蔬菜選擇蠻多樣，青菜也十分新鮮🥬像我都會在水蓮與高麗菜之間做徘徊！而且滷的十分透徹不會有生生的菜味！

滷味種類繁多，從主食、青菜、肉類到各式火鍋料都有！店家還會詢問是否要加酸菜或是蔥，十分貼心！

Seeing these 鴨紅/鴨血 products reminds me that at the end of the day, food is about Trends & Fads. For old school eaters like some of us, we always got our fix of Duck Blood in Macau 🇲🇴 side. Whereas in Hong Kong, Pig's Blood 豬紅 is more traditional prevalent but if you're a Chiu Chow food lover, you always special ordered the Goose Blood 鵝紅 in Master stock. Where the Taiwanese versions excel is because they have a Mala Spicy sauce, which is appetizing & also perceivably hygienic safe to eat! 😬

這周的highlight就是去吃了最近挺紅的一合鍋~我超想念台式的小火鍋!尤其是麻辣鴨血口味!沒想到一合鍋還有各種其它很台的口味!像是麻油雞、客家酸菜、沙茶火鍋等~超讓人口水直流~

週五我去Manly溜別人的小孩，可以感受到春天要來了!開始熱了!
晚上一般我都是喜歡買外食回家吃配啤酒~享受愜意的Friday night~
週六做了抹茶和金桔瑪德蓮，這次沒拍到健身的影片，之後有機會再拍~

This week the video is still casual as usual. I love the Thursday market and I sometimes buy the food there for lunch or dinner.
On Friday, I went to Manly beach and I can feel spring is coming as it was nice and warm! I am super excited to embrace spring and summer! Do you also like spring and summer?
On Saturday, I did my usual routine in the morning, baking and working out. Then I went to the city and had late lunch. I finally tried the Taiwanese style hot pot and it was so good! I tried the spicy hot soup flavour with duck blood (YUMMM) some of you might think its gross lol but I love it!!
