我有意識到 來夏威夷後 我也開始跟別人做比較，不過這很正常，因為到了新環境要學習 認識和瞭解的很多。
但我每天的修行是尊重和珍惜我自己的道路，它幫助我克服差異和膚淺，提醒我「生活」本身是多麼的特別和美好的事✨
對自己誠實和真實最終會讓你很快樂，知道為什麼嗎？
因為開始擁抱自己的旅程時，同時也能開始慶祝他人的旅程🌸✨

Comparison, prejudice and external expectations can kill one’s initial joy and contentment. Don’t let anybody tell you what is good for you, and what you should be interested in or good at. In society we’re constantly exposed to social norms and pressure, and we start forgetting that everyone’s journey is unique.
My daily practice is to respect and cherish my OWN path, it helps me overcome differences and superficialities, and reminds me how special and beautiful life itself is.
Being honest and real with YOURSELF, will ultimately make you happy because you’ll start celebrating your own journey, as well as the journey of others 🌸 ✨
