Me: "Eh our ROM 💒 anniversary over liao.. Is on the 23, not on the 27 meh?" ⠀
Hubby: "It's on the 23rd, that's why I kiss u good night when u sleeping 😴 mah (he was home late for work)" ⠀
Me: "Then what is 27th?? Anyway I booked the restaurant, u fetch the kids 👩👩👦 OK, I go there directly after I finish my event."⠀
⠀
All I can say is, thanks to Facebook for the reminder every single year. I cannot remember our anniversary 😂 I think my hubby must be glad that I'm the blur sotong one. 😌⠀
⠀
Anyway, we brought the kids along for our anniversary. Yeah, I know.. Don't roll eyes at me. 😂 I also don't know why I suggested that, esp when didi starts to meltdown and gets cranky when he is hungry. But after that, no regrets as we get to eat as a family (solo parenting most of time due to hubby's long hours of working) and enjoyed the kids laughter, their praises for food and love for each other. 😍 Swipe left! ⠀
⠀
Back to food! Thanks to @class95fm and @ikurajapthomson for the dining vouchers, It's a very cosy environment with Jap Izakaya🏮 style, the staffs are friendly too! I'm a tonkotsu ramen 🍜 broth lover, so when I saw their broth was clear but with intense strong pork bone taste, this totally won me over! Another must try is the flying roe chawamushi, even the kids love it too. Their grilled squid 🦑 is also another favourite, grilled to perfect texture, the kids enjoyed it without complaining hard to chew!⠀
⠀
And we ended the night with hubby's & kids favorite - ice cream. 🤗⠀
⠀
Thanks to hubby for being supportive in whatever I do and I know, no matter what, as long as we stay as a family, any struggles will be over soon 😘⠀
⠀
Happy 17 years together. Please thank me for not being a nagging wife and still sexy too 😏 @ Singapore

【Security Token Offerings in Taiwan】
Taiwan is set to finally release regulatory guidance on STOs or so-called Security Token Offerings by the end of this month.
While certainly a novel form of financing, ICOs and their unregulated "wild wild west" nature proved too erratic for many regulators and investors around the world to stomach. STOs were introduced as a mechanism to help restore a sense of trust and culpability. They operate in a similar manner as ICOs, but the tokens involved are classified as securities and regulated accordingly by the appropriate authorities such as the US's SEC or Taiwan's FSC.
With this move, Taiwan will join only a handful of other countries that have already enacted STO regulations including the US, the UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and the majority of the EU.
It also reflects the country's gradual embrace of distributed ledger technology, and comes on top of the fintech sandbox the regulators created last year for startups--especially those working with blockchain/crypto--to experiment with innovative business models without the associated regulatory risk.
We're still very much in the infant stages of blockchain's development and adoption. For Taiwan, more work can be done to open up the environment, but the few resolute steps already taken, combined with the country's superior talent pool have collectively forged a supportive ecosystem for blockchain startups to thrive.

Most people were growing up in an environment that’s designed to slaughter your dreams and keep you broke.
They grew up in an environment where being average, living paycheck to paycheck was the “only” path.
And the minute they wanted to start that business, learn a new skill, or start a healthy habit…
People laughed at them… they would talk behind their backs… and say, “What’s wrong with you? Why don’t you just get a safe job and enjoy life instead of working so hard?”
And that’s why most people who actually deserve success… who deserves wealth… and who deserves fame will never achieve it.n from others. And they want to do something they and their loved ones will be proud of.
But if you don’t alter the environment, there’s no implementation. Despite how bad you want to be successful.
And that’s why most people who actually deserve success… who deserve wealth… and who deserve fame will never achieve it.
