奧地利林茲電子藝術節台灣展區👉🏻「台北/福爾摩沙花園：島嶼壯遊」將於明日線上開展‼️

2021 ARS ELECTRONICA FESTIVAL featuring Garden Taipei/ Formosa will kick off online tomorrow! The open press conference was held at the National Taiwan Normal University on Sep 7.

The VR experience simulation was also available at the press conference. All the guests can embark on the journey to the Grand Tour by using the VR equipment on site.

Curator Hsin-Chien Huang has thanked all the support from his partners, fellow artists, and directors. It wouldn’t be possible to create this unprecedented lineup without all the assistance he was given. The content of the exhibition this year relied on bringing many fields together, for example, the “Earth Tour: Taste Your Soul” is co-created with the internationally renowned chef Andre Chiang. Also, “The Weight of Data” is collaborated among the Taipei Urban Intelligence Center, Peppercorns, and Roboenter, presenting how technology could change our society in a variety of forms. Huang hoped that the future development of digital technology in Taiwan can be broadened and extended to different fields to get in touch with more perspectives and subjects. He was certain that with the online exhibition and the press conference, more creative energy would be gathered, and Taiwan would be put on the map.

今（7日）在 國立臺灣師範大學 National Taiwan Normal University 舉辦開幕記者會，本次記者會會後更加入了 VR體驗活動，與會嘉賓可以使用現場VR器材一同進入《島嶼壯遊》的歷險世界。

策展人黃心健教授表示：「由衷感謝眾多協力單位的共同支持，以及藝術家與導演的幫助之下，才能促使今年的展出陣容更甚以往；今年度的展出內容即是眾多跨領域整合的展現，如與國際名廚江振誠主廚聯名創作的『食壤計畫』、臺北大數據中心、Peppercorns 黑川互動媒體藝術 與 Roboenter 樂飛特三方合作共同集結的作品「資料的重量」等，以多元的表現形式來展現科技改變社會的能力，希望未來數位科技在臺灣的發展進程可以延展到更多面向，觸及到更多不一樣的視角與題材，相信經過此次的線上展覽以及記者會能夠凝聚更多能量使臺灣更加發光！」

Guilty pleasures trying out Penang's style authentic Penang White Curry Mee, Char Kuey Teow, Penang Pork Noodles & dessert was the Ice Kacang.🍜🍜

Among all the dishes I tried, I liked the Penang Pork Noodles best. Penang version is different from KL-style. The pork bone soup was flavourful, very 'ching' & sweet with the mee hoon soaking in the porky goodness of the soup. 🍖🍜

My Pork Noodles comes with mixed pork slices, minced pork patty & meatballs too. You'll definitely enjoy the freshness of the pork as they seasoned it with tapioca powder & meat tenderizer to give it extra softness.🥰🥰

Well, as for the Authentic Penang White Curry Mee, it was cukup lemak in a sweet & creamy santan broth comes with unique pork blood, fresh cockles, pork ball, brown cuttlefish & taufu pok. Penang-style White Curry Mee lets you add your chilli paste to your liking & of course the more the spicier la & also it enhances the flavour of the dish. 🌶️🍜

The Char Kuey Teow also quite good too ~ Full Of Wok Hei, not oily & comes with a generous portion of Taugeh. 😉😉

I will definitely come back for more, heard that on weekends, they also offered rocking good Penang Prawn Noodles & Asam Laksa! Great place to eat - The Perfect PIT STOP for Penang Hawker Food!👍👍

Last night's dinner at @bobo.restaurantkk with @marsieee

We had Vongole Pasta RM25, Rasberry Cheese Tart RM12, Iced Lemonade RM11 and Roselle Kombucha? RM16. Food was great! Love the pasta, taste on point, super generous with the clams 🤤😋, Rasberry Cheese Tart is the bomb 👍🏻, has a nice crust and flavors were awesome 🤤 so yummy. I would have tried every single tart and cakes there is on display but we'll save that for next time. Iced lemonade 🍋 👍🏻 was good, not a big fan of the kombucha though 🙈 I got used to the fizzy type from @barefoot.kombucha

Map is accurate but signboard so small I could barely see it 😂 almost missed. But in case anyone wanna find it, it's on the left block towards the end where Tattoria Italian Restaurant is (somewhere in the middle) 👌🏼

韓国チキン屋って最近本当に増えて、新大久保だけでなく家でも簡単にデリバリーで食べれるようになりましたよね！とっても嬉しいけど、中にはほとんどがのれんわけしてもらったゴーストレストランの場合が多く、本物とは程遠いクオリティで出すお店が多いんです。（特にUberは9割注意）

新大久保エリアで今日本在住の韓国人達に噂の超ガチ韓国料理が食べれるお店を紹介します。店長は過去新大久保のあの有名店で店長をされてた方で、去年独立し、喧騒から少し離れたここ大久保駅の近くにお店を構えました。
社長の出身が、韓国はソウルのシンリムドンという「スンデタウン」なだけあって、スンデのおいしい食べ方に関して右に出るものはいないお店です！
ほんと韓国気分でお酒のんで楽しめるお店としてピッタリだし、ほどよく混んでないのが最高なので、オススメです！！
