I have never been a fan of sweet sambal, I like my sambal spicy.
Currently, Nasi Lemak Berlauk Auntie Mid is one of our favorite nasi lemak stalls and we have been a customer for almost 2 years now.
The coconut rice and all the dishes are prepared using the boss' mother's recipes, hence the name ‘Auntie Mid’. Eventually, his wife picked up the recipes so whatever you see nowadays are actually cooked by the missus.
Besides excellent and spicy sambal, we also like his ayam masak merah and never fail add it to our nasi lemak – with extra kuah too.

Nasi lemak yang tersembunyi ni tak ramai yang tahu kecuali orang-orang yang tinggal di Bandar Menjalara. Mungkin ada yang tinggal di sini pun tak tau ada gerai ini. Bila kami cuba nasi lemak ini pada kali pertama, kami tak sangka kami akan kembali berkali2 untuk nasi lemak Auntie Mid ni.
Walaupun tak banyak lauk, tapi ia tidak hindar orang ramai daripada datang kembali ke gerai ini. Resepi semua dari ibu bos (Auntie Mid). Nasi lemaknya harum, ayam merahnya sedap, sambal sotong dan sambal rasa pedas.
Harganya juga berpatutan. Nasi lemak dengan ayam merah, telur goreng sambal sotong dan EXTRA sambal hanya RM8.50. Nak makan sini atau bungkus pun boleh.

Although there aren't many dishes, but it doesn't avoid people from coming back to this booth. Recipe all from mother boss (Auntie Mid). Nasi lemak is fragrant, red chicken is delicious, sambal squid and spicy taste sambal.
