介紹: 惠師傅目前是聞名全球的Pebble Beach度假村的行政甜點主廚，該度假村包含三個知名飯店: The Lodge at Pebble Beach、 The Inn at Spanish Bay、 Casa Palmero。惠約翰師傅成就非凡，他曾獲得的獎項包含：2010 National AAC Joseph Amendola Award, ACF Presidential Medallion, Antonin Carême Medal, Las Vegas Chef of the Year, ACF Western Regional Pastry Chef of the Year and Chef Professionalism Award。
Bake Like a Master Chef - Registration is Open for U.S. Baking Seminar
The Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) cordially invites chefs to join a professional baking seminar conducted by Chef John Hui on November 17, 1:00-4:00 pm at the private kitchen of Kaiping Culinary School. Chef Hui currently is the Corporate Pastry Chef for the world famous Pebble Beach Resorts on the Monterey Peninsula, California. Chef Hui will demonstrate on how to make authentic bagels and specific skills like sugar-pulling. Seats are limited and registration is required.
