【年輕運動員的腰痛－椎弓解離】
椎弓解離毀掉了無數運動員的下背⚠️
常發生於舉重、短跑、足球、排球、羽球等運動項目
這些項目的動作中有一個很重要的共通點
會做出🏋️♂️大角度的背伸(extension)的動作🏋️♂️
🏋️♂️舉重的挺舉、🦵短跑後腿的推進、⚽️足球踢球後腳的拉弓、💪排球殺球的拉弓、🏸羽球拉拍的動作
上述的動作都需要做出肢體往身體後方延伸
在中軸骨附近可負責肢體往後延伸的關節
✔️肩盂關節伸
✔️肩胛骨後收
✔️胸椎伸
✔️腰椎伸
✔️髖關節伸
✏️挺舉的背伸由腰、胸、肩負責
✏️短跑的推進由髖負責
✏️足球拉弓由髖負責

每個人都會有最適合自己發力的延伸角度
運動過程中一定會努力將肢體延伸
才有辦法最大化運動表現💪
但當上述這些關節有受限時
剩下的關節就會被迫要多負責一些角度
這些要多負責的角度
往往就是疼痛、受傷的來源💉
⚽️以足球為例
若髖伸不足受限（最常肇因於髖關節前側闊筋膜張肌、股直肌緊繃）
為求踢球力量最大化
拉弓的動作中
腰椎會被迫多負責一些延伸
這種過多的腰椎伸，就是椎弓解離傷害的力量來源

若胸椎背伸、肩胛後收、肩盂關節背伸受限（最常肇因於胸椎活動度不足、胸小肌緊繃、闊背肌緊繃）

才有辦法在傷痛後評估🔍該優先訓練的運動🔍
清楚地知道該伸展哪些肌肉筋膜、該訓練哪些穩定肌群
如此才是完整的運動治療
而不是盲無目的地練核心、亂伸展
