Two years ago, I shared a little story of mine about me suffering from bulimia and since then, I have never stopped receiving messages from young girls who are going through the same experience, asking the ways to get out from it. Along the recovery journey, I was very lucky to have my loved ones around me, their endless love and support is like a ripple effect that helped me to walk through the hardship. I have learnt the ways to cope with the ups and downs and I learnt to love myself the way that I deserve and know my own worth.

My experience and passion in art has inspired me to create a painting called the First Ripple!
