第一次開車還有跟風就是自創了…
不知道大家喜不喜歡這類型的我
至少這對我來說是非常新的嘗試
其實對於拍大尺這件事情我是很排斥的
後續會開始放福利
說穿了也就是因為我想要觸擊跟數字
後續會拍片願意直出無修的樣子
也是為了記錄每一次完成一件成品
背後到底需要付出多少
近期因為很認真的健身
所以身形稍微有回來一點了

the reason i would start to do some sexy photos on my page
it's cuz im wondering my post liking and sharing numbers can rise as quick as possible.
thought i did a lot of photoshoped on my works
i still do videos and streaming
not only recording, but making more memories and share all the pain and happiness with you guys
and im working hard on fitness right now in the past month
hope i can get a better shape of my body lol

หลังจากที่ถูกแบนพร้อมเพิกถอนบัญชีบน Twitch ไปอย่างถาวรเมื่อเดือนที่แล้ว และไม่มีการแถลงถึงสาเหตุในการแบนออกมาทั้งสิ้น รวมไปถึงตัวของ Dr. Disrespect เองที่ไม่ได้ออกมาตอบโต้ใด ๆ เกี่ยวกับกรณีดังกล่าวด้วย แต่ล่าสุดนี้เขาก็ได้ออกมาพูดออกสื่อแล้วหลังจากที่หายไปนานหลายสัปดาห์

Steven Messner จากสำนักข่าว PCGamer ได้มีโอกาสสัมภาษณ์กับ Dr. Disrespect อดีตสตรีมเมอร์ชื่อดังที่ถูกแบนจากแพลตฟอร์ม Twitch จนกลายเป็นข่าวใหญ่โตเมื่อปลายเดือนมิถุนายน ซึ่งจะเป็นการไขข้อข้องใจของหลายคนเกี่ยวกับข่าวที่ออกมาในช่วงนี้ด้วย

Guy Beahm หรือ Dr. Disrespect เผยว่า เหตุที่เขาไม่ได้โพสต์อะไรในช่วงนี้เป็นเพราะเขากำลังวุ่นวายกับการจัดการหลาย ๆ อย่าง หลังจากที่ถูกแบนจาก Twitch และกำลังทำงานหลังฉากเพื่อการกลับมาอีกครั้งของเขาอยู่ รวมไปถึงไม่ได้สนใจดีลแบบ Exclusive ของค่ายใดในตอนนี้อีกด้วย

ซึ่งเหตุที่เขาไม่ได้ตัดสินใจเลือกแพลตฟอร์มไหนเป็นพิเศษก็เพราะเขาตั้งใจให้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุดต่อ Champion Club หรือผู้ติดตามของเขาด้วย ซึ่งถ้าเขาไม่รับหรือเซ็นสัญญา Exclusive กับที่ใดเลย เขาก็อาจจะเลือกสตรีมผ่านเว็บไซต์ของตนเองเลยก็ได้ ซึ่งตอนนี้กำลังอยู่ในช่วงการตัดสินใจ

Dr. ยังยืนยันว่า เขาไม่ทราบจริง ๆ ว่าสาเหตุที่ทาง Twitch สั่งแบนและยกเลิกสัญญาของเขานั้นมาจากเรื่องอะไร มีเพียงแค่อีเมลที่แจ้งเข้ามาว่าเขาถูกแบนเพียงเท่านั้นและไม่มีการอธิบายอื่นใดอีก ซึ่งนั่นทำให้เขาสับสนอย่างมาก และในทางกฎหมายเอง เขาก็ระมัดระวังในทุกการกระทำและคำพูดของเขาด้วย และสิ่งหนึ่งที่เขายืนยันชัดเจนก็คือ จะไม่กลับไปที่ Twitch อีกแล้ว

ซึ่งในเวลานี้ Doc และทีมงานกำลังวุ่นวายอยู่กับการเตรียมตัวเพื่อกลับมาอยู่ ซึ่งมีหลายประเด็นที่น่าสนใจจากบทสัมภาษณ์ฉบับนี้ด้วย เช่นเขาเองก็ให้ความสนใจและเปิดโอกาสถ้าหากทาง Marvel Studios จะดึงตัวเขาไปร่วมแสดงหนังสักเรื่อง ส่วนเขาจะกลับมาเมื่อไหร่นั้น ก็คงต้องรอดูกันต่อไปครับ

After being banned, permanently repealed on Twitch last month and no statement of banning cause, including Dr.'s Disrespect himself that didn't respond to any of the cases. But recently he has been talking on the media after several weeks of absence.

Steven Messner from PCGamer News Agency had a chance to interview with Dr. Disrespect, a former famous streamer who was banned from Twitch platform to become big news in the end of June, which will solve many people's questions about the news that came out during this time.

Guy Beahm or Dr. Disrespect reveals that he hasn't posted anything lately is because he's messing with several management after being banned from Twitch and working behind his return scene, including not interested in any Exclusive deal of camps. Right now too.

The reason he didn't decide to choose any particular platform is because he intends to be the best option for Champion Club or his followers. If he doesn't accept or sign exclusive contract, he might choose a stream. Through my own website. Now in decision making.

Dr. Dr Still confirms that he doesn't really know what the Twitch banned and cancelled his contract. Only emails reported that he was banned and no other explanation. That makes him extremely confused and legal. He is careful of all his actions and words, and one thing he confirms clearly is never going back to Twitch again.

🙏🏻😷Sorry to friends whom I can’t reply all your text and messages. I’m still struggling a lil bit with the twitch n pain on my stomach. 😔 Felt like gastric though 😖

🤔To those who asked what GERD is..
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the tube connecting your mouth and stomach (esophagus). This backwash (acid reflux) can irritate the lining of your esophagus.

🤒How common is GERD?
Many people experience acid reflux from time to time. GERD is mild acid reflux that occurs at least twice a week, or moderate to severe acid reflux that occurs at least once a week.

⚠️What cause GERD?
Eating large meals or lying down right after a meal
Being overweight or obese
Eating a heavy meal and lying on your back or bending over at the waist
Snacking close to bedtime
Eating certain foods, such as citrus, tomato, chocolate, mint, garlic, onions, or spicy or fatty foods
Drinking certain beverages, such as alcohol, carbonated drinks, coffee, or tea
Smoking
Being pregnant
Taking aspirin, ibuprofen, certain muscle relaxers, or blood pressure medications

🦠What are the symptoms?
A burning sensation in your chest (heartburn), usually after eating, which might be worse at night
Chest pain
Difficulty swallowing
Regurgitation of food or sour liquid
Sensation of a lump in your throat

If you have nighttime acid reflux, you might also experience:
Chronic cough
Laryngitis
New or worsening asthma
Disrupted sleep

☝🏻🥺 BUT..
my recent condition DO NOT have most of the symptoms above. I do not have..
❌ anxiety or panic attack
❌ difficult in swallowing
❌ burning sensation or chest pain
❌ asthma
❌ sudden loss of weight

These are what I’m experiencing now..
✅ lost of appetite
✅ abdominal pain (twitching)
✅ felt like gastric
✅ nausea
✅ diarrhea
✅ insomnia
✅ constipation
✅ lots of gas (burping)

💁🏻‍♀️After further evaluation and assessment on my body condition, I am quite convinced that these are the side effects I get from my recent INTERMITTENCE FASTING.. 🙃

We've heard so much about the benefits of IF but beware, it is not so perfect as what we thought. The benefits I have gotten during my session were..
✅ loss of weights
✅ loss of food cravings
✅ minimal dependency on food
✅ no hunger within 16-20 hours
✅ energy level and mental sharpness are the same, if not better

But what I didn't expect were...
🆘 irregular bloating and constipation despite fruits/ greens intake
🆘 stomach discomfort that feels like gastric (eventhough I don't feel hungry at all)
🆘 completely unaware of feeling hungry
🆘 my feet do feel colder than usual

🥶So now I'm stuck at this indigestion/ guts/ stomach/ gastric/ GERD problem..
To those who wished to start IF, can I advise you something 🤣

❤️ Check with your doctor or someone who are more experienced in this but be aware of your 16:8 fasting. Set an alarm. ⚠️ Don't repeat my mistake, I didn't realize I should be eating and that subconsciously allow my fasting to continue to sometimes 20 hours, while I continue working in front of my laptop, so that's a big mistake to begin with. Down with digestion problem is a big disappointment to me.. bcs I don't get to enjoy food as much as I used to! Not until I finish my medication 😔 Speedy recovery to myself! 💪🏼

P/S: I’m taking more regular meals in smaller portion to boost back my appetite 🥰
