It is a powerful guided meditation done in savasana (Corpse Pose) that will help you to release tension and stresses, which promotes deep rest and relaxation, while developing greater self awareness.

The 100-hour Pre- and Post-natal Teacher Training is designed to offer yoga teachers the skills to teach Pre- and Post-natal yoga. The focus of the programme is to offer participants a safe space to learn how to teach, to practice their teaching, and most importantly to honour the miraculous journey of pregnancy and childbirth.
This course is available for teachers who finished their 200-hour foundation training, so you are well aware of the basics of yoga asanas, and why and how to modify the yoga asanas to pregnant women and new mothers

~ adding fun: adding a mini back bend with cactus ? arms

~ adding fun: core work - shift the upper body front and back, no change in the lower body

~adding fun: move side to side and place forehead down and massage the forehead by rolling the head side to side
