First off, what on Earth is a Wellness Lurker?! 😳 I read an article in @glamourmag about watching, following, collecting healthy living ideas but not actually putting them into practice.
This got me thinking...
✨ I follow a ton of fitness/healthy living Instagram accounts
🥗 I tag loads of healthy recipes & meal prep ideas
🤸🏼♀️ I admire the beautiful and challenging yoga poses yet to be honest I don’t always do or try these things 🤷🏼♀️

If I put the time and energy I do collecting these ideas into actual practice, my results would be soooo much further along! 🙄

Get up and DO SOMETHING, instead of creating a never ending collection of “healthy” things 🙅🏼♀️ Saving Ideas won’t make you healthy - but getting off your buns and taking some action will! With that being said, I’m going to practise meditation this week!
