這次去拜訪 A Life With Plants 植物與生活 的工作室，買了這盆 #黑泡秋海棠，其實讓我愛上他的不只是他外星人般的泡泡刺，還有他很亮綠的底色，很特別的綠色色調！期待他長出更多泡泡手，目前也是放入我室內植物的寶貝區塊供養著。

基本上我就是想吃什麼就吃什麼，也不會去計算卡路里或份量。錄了影片才發現我真的吃滿多堅果(醬)的 (笑)，也有分享一些料理，包含紅扁豆蕃茄燉煮、日式味噌湯。希望這支影片有提供你們一些新的想法或新意!

這是我的飲食紀錄，主要是想分享一些我平常吃的一些食物。我學習聽身體的聲音，有時候吃多、有時候吃少，每個人的身體不同，也希望你能開始聽身體的聲音，有屬於你自己的一套飲食。

1/4 cup muesli 早餐穀物麥片
1/4 cup almond oat milk 杏仁燕麥奶

ONE-POT-RED-LENTIL-TOMATO-STEW 紅扁豆蕃茄燉煮
Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1/2 small yellow onion 小顆洋蔥
1/2 medium-sized carrot 中型胡蘿蔔
60 ml green beans (1/4 cup) 四季豆
100 g raw lentils (1/2 cup) 生紅扁豆
180 ml water 水
1/2 canned chopped tomato 切塊蕃茄罐頭
1 tsp tomato paste 蕃茄泥
1/2 Tbsp curry powder 咖哩粉
1/8 tsp cinnamon 肉桂粉
