澳門｜必吃純素豬扒包
一說到澳門美食，非豬扒包莫屬啦！雜食旅伴第一次去澳門時也指定要吃一下，換來的評價是很乾很一般等等。第二次我跟旅伴說我找到純素豬扒包，於是我們就衝著它找到了－紫來坊素食料理。

位於「媽閣」附近，對面就是已介紹過的「尚膳蔬食料理」，店面不大，感覺有點像我爺爺那年代的西餐廳，餐飲偏向「碟頭飯」！這是我第一次嚐純素版豬扒包（HKD25），「豬扒」很嫩，不會很乾，口感不錯，感覺有用心在做（這是雜食旅伴的評價），而我也非常認同喔～

Macau｜Vegan Pork Chop Bun
Pork Chop Bun is the must try snack in Macau! My omnivorous travel companion also designated to have one when we first went to Macau. The evaluation was very dry and very general. The second time I told my travel companion that I found a vegan pork chop bun, so we were excited to have one at Harmony Village Vegetarian.

Located near the "A-Ma Temple", "Restaurane Casa Verde" is just at the opposite side which has been introduced in my previous post. The restaurant is not big. It feels a bit like the western restaurant of my grandfather's time.

This is the first time I have tasted the vegan version of the pork chop bun (HKD25). The "pork chop" is very juicy, tastes good, feels like the chef is putting a lot of effort making it (this is the evaluation of my omnivorous travel companion), and I completely agree~

澳門｜蔬食山珍海味
意外地發現了這家位於澳門「媽閣」附近的「尚膳蔬食料理」，店內裝潢很有格調，每個小擺設都很用心，感覺各個角落都可以拍出美照。

第一眼就被素壽司所吸引了！「燒汁菇片壽司」是必點的，第一，我超愛杏飽菇；第二，從沒吃過這麼像魷魚的杏飽菇，口感滑溜溜的，搭配著燒汁，非常野味！再來，「海葡萄壽司」也是大推，有一點點腥味，我以為在吃蟹籽耶，口感很特別很新鮮！還有「玫瑰雪燕」，超像燕窩的！

怎麼覺得這下午茶都在吃素食版的山珍海味 🤣

Macau｜Restaurane Casa Verde
I discovered this "Restaurane Casa Verde" near the A-Ma Temple in Macau unexpectedly. It is a very stylish veggie restaurant. Every small ornamental are displayed in a thoughtful way, feels like you can take a good picture in every corners.

I was being attracted by vegan sushi! "Mushrooms Sushi with Brown sauce" is a must try. First, I love mushrooms very much; secondly, I have never had such mushrooms are so similar to squid, and the taste is slippery, it's just soooo tasty with the sauce!

"Green Seaweed Sushi" is also a must try, with a little bit of astringency, I thought I was having Crab Roe, the taste is very special and fresh! I also ordered a "Rose Snow Swallow Dessert", which tastes like a bird nest!
