กฎระเบียบการซื้อบัตร
- ชื่อที่ใช้ในการสมัคร www.eventpop.me จะต้องตรงกับบัตรประชาชนของท่าน เพราะชื่อจะถูกนำไปใช้ระบุในเอกสารรับบัตรและในหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อบัตร ในกรณีลูกค้าสมัครสมาชิกผ่านทาง Facebook ต้องทำการแก้ไขชื่อให้ตรงกับบัตรประชาชนของท่าน และอัพเดทอีเมลปัจจุบัน เพราะชื่อและอีเมลจะถูกนำไปใช้ระบุในเอกสารรับบัตรและในหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อบัตร
- การซื้อบัตร 1 ครั้ง สามารถซื้อได้ไม่เกิน 2 ที่นั่ง ผ่านทาง www.eventpop.me
- ระบบจะเริ่มเปิดให้เข้าไปรอรับคิวตั้งแต่เวลา 8:00 น. ของวันเปิดขาย และในเวลา 10:00 น. เป็นต้นไป จะเริ่มแจกหมายเลขคิวแบบไม่เรียงลำดับ รวมถึงทยอยปล่อยคิวเข้าไปซื้อตามลำดับหมายเลข (ผู้ที่เข้ามาหลัง 10:00 น. จะได้รับคิวต่อจากคนที่มาก่อนหน้านี้)

- คอนเสิร์ตช่วงเช้า โซน 3800(Standing) จะมีการจัดแบ่ง Lady Zone และ Family Zone ตามภาพ
- Lady Zone สามารถเข้าได้เฉพาะสุภาพสตรีเท่านั้น ถึงแม้ผู้ติดตามจะเป็นสุภาพบุรุษ ก็จะสามารถเข้าได้เฉพาะสุภาพสตรีเท่านั้น ท่านที่เป็นสุภาพบุรุษ ต้องอยู่ใน Standing Zone ปกติ
- Family Zone สำหรับผู้ปกครองและเด็กที่มีอายุเกิน 7 ปี แต่ไม่เกิน 13 ปี โดยจะต้องซื้อบัตรท่านละ 1 ใบ (ผู้ปกครอง 1 ใบ เด็ก 1 ใบ เท่านั้น)
- ไม่อนุญาตให้เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 7 ปีเข้างาน
- ในกรณีที่ท่านซื้อบัตรแล้ว แต่ไม่สามารถมาร่วมงานได้ จะไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือคืนเงินได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ก็ตาม ยกเว้นแต่งานถูกยกเลิก เลื่อน หรือมีการซื้อ Refund Protect และกรณีของคุณอยู่ในความคุ้มครองของ Refund Protect เท่านั้น

- รับด้วยตนเองที่หน้างาน BNK48 4th Single Kimi wa Melody ในวันที่ 12-13 มกราคม 2562 ตั้งแต่เวลา 9:00 น. ถึง 18:00 น. ที่ BITEC BANGNA Hall 98-99 (ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีบัตรเข้าร่วมอีเวนท์ ในการรับบัตร)
- รับด้วยตนเองที่ Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani ในวันที่ 25 มกราคม 2562 ตั้งแต่ 10:00 น. ถึง 18:00 น.
- รับด้วยตนเองที่ Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani ในวันที่ 26 มกราคม 2562 ตั้งแต่ 6:00 น. ถึง 19:00 น. (กรุณาเผื่อเวลาในการมารับ เนื่องจากท่านอาจจะรับบัตรได้ไม่ทันเวลาเริ่มงาน)
- หากรับบัตรด้วยตนเอง กรุณาเตรียม Order Confirmation ที่ได้จากการสั่งซื้อ และบัตรประชาชน หรือเอกสารที่ออกโดยราชการตัวจริงเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน (ต้องรับบัตรด้วยตัวเองเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถมอบสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นรับแทนได้)
กฎในการเข้าสู่ภายในงาน
- ท่านสามารถนำสัมภาระเข้าสู่ภายในงานได้เพียงท่านละ 1 ชิ้น โดยต้องมีขนาด กว้าง+ยาว+สูง ไม่เกิน 90 เซนติเมตร
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำวัตถุอันตรายทุกชนิดเข้าสู่ภายใน และจะมีการตรวจสัมภาระก่อนเข้าฮอลล์
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำกล้องถ่ายภาพ กล้องถ่ายวีดีโอ และเครื่องบันทึกเสียงทุกชนิดเข้าสู่ภายในฮอลล์
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำอาหาร และเครื่องดื่มทุกชนิดเข้าสู่ภายในฮอลล์
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำป้ายไฟ และป้ายที่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่า A4 เข้าสู่ภายในฮอลล์
- แท่งไฟ จำกัดขนาดความยาวรวมด้ามไม่เกิน 30 เซนติเมตรเท่านั้น
- ทางเราไม่มีจุดบริการรับฝากของที่ไม่สามารถนำเข้าสู่ภายในได้ กรุณาจัดการด้วยตัวท่านเอง
- ภายในงานทั้งคอนเสิร์ตช่วงเช้า และงานประกาศผลช่วงเย็น ไม่อนุญาตให้บันทึกภาพ บันทึกวีดีโอ หรือบันทึกเสียง ไม่ว่าด้วยอุปกรณ์ใด ๆ ก็ตาม หากพบผู้ฝ่าฝืน ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเชิญท่านออกจากงานทันที และอาจจะมีการดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย
- เมื่อจบการแสดงคอนเสิร์ตในช่วงเช้าแล้ว ขอความร่วมมือให้ทุกท่านออกจากภายในฮอลล์ทันที เนื่องจากจะมีการเตรียมสถานที่เพื่องานประกาศผลในช่วงเย็น
- ถึงแม้ท่านจะมีบัตรทั้งในรอบเช้าและรอบเย็น แต่เมื่อจบการแสดงคอนเสิร์ตในรอบเช้าแล้ว ก็ต้องขอความร่วมมือออกจากฮอลล์ เพื่อเตรียมสถานที่ และต้องผ่านกระบวนการตรวจสัมภาระใหม่อีกครั้งเมื่อถึงเวลาประตูเปิดในรอบเย็น

Ticket buying rules
- The name used to apply www.eventpop.me must match your national ID card. The name will be used to be identified in the admission documents and in the proof of card orders. In the case of customers, subscribers via Facebook, the name will be corrected to match your national ID card and update E. - In case of a wrong card spelling can be corrected within 7 days after successful purchase. It can be corrected. Only mistake spelling, correct name-surname request. - Family Zone for parents and children who are over 7 years old, but not over 13 years. You must buy 1 cards each (1 parents, 1 children only)
- No children under 7 years old are allowed to enter the job.

- Self pickup at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani on January 25, 2562 from 10:00 pm. To 18:00 pm
- Self pickup at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani on January 26, 2562 from 6:00 pm. To 19:00 pm (Please in case of pickup time as you may not be able to get cards in time for startup)
- If you accept your own card, please prepare an order of Confirmation and an authentic governmental ID or ID card issued to confirm your identity. (Must accept card by yourself. You can't give the right to others.)
Rules to get inside the job
- You can bring your baggage into the inside of the work. 1 pieces per person. Size: width + length yāw height 90 cm.
- Do not allow all types of dangerous objects to be imported into the inside and baggage will be checked before entering the hall.
- Do not allow cameras, cameras, videos and all kinds of voice recorders to enter into the hall.
- All kinds of food and beverages are not allowed into the hall.
