Question: They said Abs are made in the kitchen. How do you maintain a balanced diet Jordan?
Answer: My diet is always 60% of healthy, and high in satiety food like lean protein, vegetables, potatoes, while the other 40% is not so healthy food like fried chicken, salad dressing.
At the end of the day, whatever I eat, I consume within the calorie intake my body needs (2500 kcal for me).
I don’t overeat unless it’s on my cheat day which is once a week and it's fine because overall, it’s still in balance.
It’s great to go hardcore on dieting at first, to lose the first 5-10lbs of beginners-weight for extra motivation, but over time you want to balance it out between good food and “bad” food.
Well, “Bad” food is not totally evil. It gives us a variety, and the “spice” of life because we all have different taste buds, we're all human after all. It’s okay to have 1 to 2 cheat meals, just remember to get back on track and come back strong. This is how I maintain sustainable long term results, staying fit all year round!

Nak buang lemak, ramai yg pikir kene exercise tiap hari! Betol kannn kannn kaaaann..
Yer, saya jugak duluuu berpendapat mcm tu, nak turun lemak kene senam! Pahtu kurangkan makan..
Salah konsep di atas!
Pakar nutrisi dari banyak negara, menyatakan 80/20 rules ni. Untuk turunkan lemak, 80% adalah daripada tabiat pemakanan!
TAPI, kalau sebut pasal TURUNKAN BERAT, korang fokus 80% kat senaman pon mmg boleh turun bohh!
Sekarang, kita cerita target nak BUANG LEMAK! Jadi fokus apa yg korng masukkan dlm perut tu! 20% jek exercise membantu.. Yes! Exercise membantu jgk, tpi 20 sahaja...20% sahaja...
