Instant oats from Captain Oats have been my choice since 20 years ago.
Captain Oats is one of my secret being a 10xs World Champ.
It has a nice soft texture and taste that mixed well with my protein drink which I am using it for my everyday breakfast.
My family and kids also follow me to start a new day with Captain Oats for the energy, especially to do cardio 👍🏼
Ingredients
- 2 cups Instant Oats by Captain Oats
- 1 cup of any types of Protein
- ¼ cup crushed nuts (Almond/Walnut/Cashew/Pecan)
- ¼ cup of dry fruits (cranberries/raisin/prune/dates/apricot)
- 2 tbs of chia seed or flaxseed
- 1 cup of melted peanut butter (using microwave)
- 2-5 tbs of honey (optional)
Mixed all the dry ingredients into a bowl,
Add (better put measurement) peanut butter & honey (up to your taste)
Stir thoroughly until they are sticky and doughy.
Shape them into 1 inch (2.5 cm) diameter balls
Its ready to eat at anytime as a healthy snack

【Ingredients】
●Cocoa dough
60g Unsalted butter
35g Granulated sugar
1g Salt
20g Egg yolk
★65g Cake flour
★20g Almond flour
★15g Cocoa powder
50g Chocolate chips
35g Sliced almonds
●Plain dough
*Make plain dough in same way as the Cocoa dough.
60g Unsalted butter
35g Granulated sugar
1g Salt
20g Egg yolk
★80g Cake flour
★20g Almond flour
50g Chocolate chips
35g Walnut
【Directions】
①In a bowl, butter,sugar, salt and mix.
***Mix it with a whisk until it becomes white and fluffy.
②Add egg yolk and mix.
③Add the dry ingredients(★), and fold into the mixture.
Fold it until powderiness disappears and lumps form.
④Add the chocolate chips and sliced almonds.
Fold them into the dough.
*DO NOT overmix
⑤Cut the cookie dough into 10 pieces.
Preheat the oven at 170℃(338°F).
⑥Shape into small balls, place them on a baking sheet , then flatten out with your fingers.
⑦Bake at 170℃(338°F)for 16minutes.
⑧Take the tray out from the oven, let it cool.
Freshly baked cookies are very soft, so please don't peel cookies out from parchment paper.
●Please store them in a sealed container to keep a crispy texture. It's even better to put a desiccant in the container together.
【材料】
●ココア味
無塩バター 60g
グラニュー糖 35g
塩 1g
(入れすぎると塩が前に出すぎるので、きっちり量ります)
卵黄 20g
★薄力粉 65g
★アーモンドプードル 20g
★ココアパウダー 15g
チョコレートチップ 50g
アーモンドスライス 35g
●プレーン味
*ココアと同じように作ります
無塩バター 60g

★アーモンドプードル 20g
チョコレートチップ 50g
くるみ 35g
【作り方】
①ボウルにバター、砂糖、塩を入れてゴムベラでよくなじませるように混ぜたら、泡立て器に持ち替えてよく混ぜる。
***白っぽくふわっとするまでよく混ぜる。
②卵黄を3回に分けて加えその都度よく混ぜる。
③★印の材料をふるって加え、切るように混ぜながら最後はボウルに押し付けるように混ぜひとかたまりにする。
④チョコチップとスライスしたアーモンドを加え混ぜる。
***チョコチップは少し残しておき、最後に上にトッピングする。
⑤生地を10個に分割する。
オーブンを170℃に予熱スタート。
⑥生地を天板に置き、指などで平らにして並べる。
少し残しておいたチョコチップを乗せて軽く手で押さえる。
⑦170℃で約16分間焼く。
⑧オーブンから取り出し、そのまま冷ます。
***焼きたてのクッキーは柔らかいので、無理やりはがしたりせずに、そのまま冷ましましょう。
冷めると固まり、サクサクになります。
●サクサクした食感を保つために、密閉容器に入れて保存します。
一緒に乾燥材を入れておくと良いです。

ALMOND COCONUT COOKIES
Ingredients:
1. 2 Egg Whites
2. ½ cup Shredded Coconut
3. 1 tbsp. Desiccated Coconut
4. 4 tbsp. Coconut Sugar
5. ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Steps:
1. Pre heat your oven to 150°C / 300 °F.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
3. Separate egg whites into a mixing bowl and whisk on high until the egg whites become stiff.
4. Add in all other ingredients. Fold in with a metal spoon until thoroughly combined.
5. Using a tablespoon, measure out mixture and place on lined baking tray to make a total of 9 cookies.
6. Add a slither of an almond on top of each cookie and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
7. Once your cookies have cooled you can melt some dark chocolate and drizzle them over the cookies.
These cookies are gluten and dairy free, if you choose not to add the chocolate drizzle.
RAW CACAO WALNUT CAKE
Ingredients:
1. ¼ cup Shredded Toasted Coconut
2. 3 cups Walnuts
3. 1/3 cup Sultanas
4. 15 Pitted Dates
5. 1/3 cup Cacao / Cocoa Powder
6. 1/3 cup Coconut oil
7. 1 cup Rolled Oats
8. 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Steps:
1. Line an 8-inch cake tin with baking paper.
2. Cover walnuts and sultanas with boiling hot water and let it sit for 10 minutes to help soften for blending and easy digestion.
3. Drain nuts and sultanas and add to food processor. Blend until you get a thick paste texture.
4. Add in dates and blend. You can stop the machine and push the ingredients down as you go.
5. Once combined, add in the rest of the ingredients.
6. Blend again until smooth and well combined.
7. Transfer mixture into the lined baking tin and use the back of a spoon to even out the mixture.
8. Cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
9. You can choose to decorate with shredded coconut or sprinkle with cacao nibs. Slice & serve.
This recipes is suitable for Vegans. It is also gluten-free, dairy-free, without added artificial sugar.
Mini Mango Sponge Cakes
Ingredients:
1. Mascarpone
2. Lime zest
3. Mango
4. Passion fruit
Steps:
1. Cut out sponge cake into desired shapes. You can either make your own sponge cake or buy ready ones in the shop.
2. Top the cakes with mascarpone and mango chunks. Drizzle with passion fruit and lime zest.
