Enjoy Happiness Now

“Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. Don’t postpone your happiness to the future.

“When I am rich, I will be happy.” Really? King Solomon is by today’s standards a trillionaire and he was not happy. Read about it in the Book of Ecclesiastes. He indulged in every worldly comfort and pleasure possible, and yet he concluded that it was all vanity of vanities, grasping after the wind.

Happiness is not about being rich or poor. It is about having Christ in you and with you.

“This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.” (John‬ ‭17:3‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

As a believer, you know God not as a distant person, but a good Father who loves you and is on your side. To the world who does not know Him, He is still the Judge who punishes the wicked. They do not have the kind of relationship that we enjoy with Him.

Start enjoying your relationship with Abba God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit today. You can pray, and God will show you amazing truths, advice for the future, and help you with whatever you need.

A life without God is an empty life, like always eating but never being able to satisfy that hunger.

When you have Jesus as Lord, you have the Bread of Life, the living bread from Heaven to feed on. His words in the Scriptures, the Lord’s Supper, are true food that nourish you in many ways.

Perhaps happiness is having an unlimited supply of this heavenly food, so that your spiritual hunger is satisfied!

If you want to know God’s heart for you, you can study the 37 recorded miracles of Jesus Christ in “Messiah’s Miracles”. As we look at each of the miracles that were recorded in the four gospels, you will know Abba God better by seeing what Jesus does. Today I felt the need to share few words… 💭
That quarantine has been a good way to have some reflection time. But the deeper i went to, the more anxiety I felt. I’m not sure if i’m asking myself the right question or if I know myself enough. I’m someone who always had goals in my life, always had a big picture of what I want to become. However after reaching some goals I had, that picture started to change and now it’s just a blurry one. I found myself under some spotlights without looking for them, got attention I never asked for and terribly grew that impostor syndrome within me.
Social media doesn’t help. Maybe i’m using it the wrong way but it started to become an obligation, a burden, rather than a pleasure, with all kind of negative psychological effects it can bring. Forcing to be exposed without feeling to be social. I feel narcissism became a strength nowadays and to be honest i’m having hard time following the trend.
If I look outside that box made up by my mind, there are plenty of things to be grateful for, plenty of reason to be happy, but somehow I have those questions marks spinning around.
I see vulnerability as a first step to change so here are my current thoughts shared with you 🖋

Free will is not a scam.

God already knew all the actions we would choose to take, and He planned His own actions to lead us all to the best possible outcome—probably the highest number of people being saved. That is what predestination is.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ; even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love; having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire,” (Ephesians‬ ‭1:3-5‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Predestination is not about how some people are made for Heaven and others are made to go to Hell.

God loves all of us. He made each and every one of us like an intricate embroidered work while we were in our mothers’ wombs. He designed us to be beautiful and unique.

“For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them.” (Psalms‬ ‭139:13-16‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Unfortunately due to the fall, the flesh is tainted by sin from conception and that is why people are born with deformities and flaws. God made you perfectly, but sin in the blood distorts what He designed.

An illustration to help you understand: you can be a great artist who draws beautiful pieces of digital art, but if your only printer is faulty, the art will still come out blotchy and ugly, with patches of ink splattered everywhere. Adam damaged the printer when he sinned against God.

“The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

It is clear in the New Testament that God’s will is for all to be saved through faith in Jesus Christ, but when you give “free will” to a creature, you must let it choose, even if it chooses the self-destructive path.

Even though He knew that not everyone would accept Jesus as Lord, Jesus still bore everyone’s sins at the cross, and was punished for them, so that the cross is truly an open invitation for salvation to all. No one has been excluded—anyone can receive salvation if they choose to place their faith in Jesus.

God can give unbelievers many opportunities to know the Gospel and experience His goodness, but He cannot force them to make Jesus their Lord and Savior.

For us believers, God leads us by His Spirit every day. He prompts us to do the right thing and teaches us about Himself through His Word. We still have free will, and we can choose whether to follow the Spirit, or to be driven by our flesh.

Following God’s leading will always bring you to the best possible outcome for your life. He has your eternity in mind, to confer you the best eternal rewards, so that your joy will be made full. We have a good Abba God, so obey His promptings and believe that He wants you to receive the very best!

First time making a video about my apartment.
Since little kid I always had interest into interior design, I even thought about becoming interior designer but I choose another direction.
Home is for me a very important space that has to be confortable, minimalist and functional, which is why I have a preference for Nordic style.

Options include an M Sport differential with electronically controlled locking function in the rear differential.

Precisely drawn lines and strikingly contoured surfaces mark out the exterior of the new BMW 3 Series Sedan, which showcases the brand’s new design language. The interior also has a clear, modern and sophisticated design.

Other features of the car that highlight its innovative character are BMW Operating System 7.0 and the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant. Presented here for the first time, the Intelligent Personal Assistant responds to the prompt “Hey BMW”. The driver and passengers can speak with “him”, he is capable of learning and he gets better at his job all the time. The Intelligent Personal Assistant opens up a whole new avenue of interaction between the driver and car. It is a digital vehicle expert, knows the most important functions of the car and can explain them; if the driver wants to access navigation, office or entertainment functions, the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant is there to help. One unique feature over other digital assistants is that drivers can give him a name, so they can activate him by saying “Hey Charlie”, for example, and therefore give him an even more defined personality. The Intelligent Personal Assistant awaits the driver’s every command and is always there to assist them. BMW is also taking a leading role in progress towards automated driving in the midsize class, thanks to a significantly extended range of driver assistance systems.

特首梁振英今日正式交代，橫洲分階段發展的決定，是在2014年一月的「三司會議」中，由他本人決定。據梁振英回應英文提問時稱，「三司會議」英文名稱為「The Three C Meeting」。
梁振英在記者會上以英文簡介三司會議的職能：
"...And when it (指運房局的建議) got to the Three C Meeting, well incidentally, it wasn't a meeting attended by all principal officials. It's a meeting that I chair, attended by the three senior secretaries of the government, namely the Chief Secretary, the Financial Secretary and the Secretary for Justice.
...At this Three C Meeting, 三司會, we get progress reports for major planning, land supply and housing issues..."

橫洲事件成為梁班子最新政治炸彈，梁振英前日刻意將特首選舉潛在對手、財政司司長曾俊華拉落水，但財爺迅速發聲明反擊，令特首跑馬仔的花生指數急升。梁振英今日聯同曾俊華等一眾高官開記者會，外界期待的廝殺場面未有出現，反而二人保持身份，曾俊華回應記者提問時，更稱「你總會同意上司的說話。」（You always agree with your boss. No questions about that.）刻意擺出支持梁振英的態度。

政府橫洲發展記者會下午3時30分在政府總部舉行，梁振英進場時手持文件夾「一支箭」行前，拋離曾俊華幾個身位，隨後的是運輸及房屋局局長張炳良、署理發展局局長馬紹祥等人。

記者會進行逾半小時，曾俊華自開場發言後未有機會發言，一直由梁振英及張炳良回答問題，但當他回答第一條問題，即被問是否同意梁振英的決定，他以英文作出的回應，令在場記者錯愕：「你總會同意上司的說話。」（You always agree with your boss, no questions about that.）

曾俊華之後再被問到兩人是否內閧，曾俊華無直接回應，稱自己在聲明中，只是回答了兩條簡單問題，包括他是橫洲及皇后山專責小組成員，但由於他外訪，沒有開會，以及並非由土地供應督導委員會，決定分期進行橫州發展計劃，他不認為說法與特首唱反調。

記者其後再追問是否覺得梁振英卸責，曾俊華回應稱「唔知點解有咁嘅印象」，強調自己一直有跟進相關工作。


唐英年於2006年9月18日的昂坪360通車典禮上，以英文發言，其中一句「Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, give me great pleasure to join you all at today's opening ceremony of Ngong Ping『三碌拎』, the opening of Ngong Ping『三碌拎』……Three-sixty.」把昂坪360的英文讀法「Ngong Ping Three-Sixty」以廣東話形式讀成「Ngong Ping Sam-Luk-Ling」，被網民恥笑。 事後政府新聞處沒有把這片段上載至政府網站。而「三碌拎」亦成為了部分網民稱呼唐英年的代名詞。
