Apple สามารถทำรายได้ราว 2.7 ล้านล้านบาท
คิดเป็นการเติบโตราว 36% เมื่อเทียบกับปีที่แล้ว
ซึ่งก็มากกว่าที่ทางบริษัทและนักลงทุนคาดการณ์เอาไว้
และถือเป็นสถิติสูงสุดใหม่สำหรับไตรมาสที่ 3
อย่างไรก็ตาม หลังบริษัทรายงานผลประกอบการ
หุ้นของบริษัท Apple กลับปรับตัวลดลง -2%
คิดเป็นมูลค่าที่หายไป 1.6 ล้านล้านบาท

เรามาเริ่มกันที่ผลประกอบการไตรมาสที่ 3 ของบริษัท Apple
รายได้ 2.7 ล้านล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 36%
กำไร 7.2 แสนล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 91%
จากตรงนี้ จะเห็นได้ว่ากำไรของ Apple ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นมาสูงมาก
โดยเหตุผลสำคัญมาจากการที่บริษัทมีต้นทุนในการขายไม่ได้เพิ่มขึ้นมาก
สะท้อนมาจากอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นของบริษัทที่ 43.23% เพิ่มขึ้นจากปีที่แล้วที่ 38.0%
ทีนี้ เรามาดูการเติบโตในแต่ละธุรกิจของ Apple แบ่งออกเป็น
iPhone เพิ่มขึ้น 50%
Mac เพิ่มขึ้น 16%
iPad เพิ่มขึ้น 12%
อุปกรณ์สวมใส่และอุปกรณ์ในบ้าน เช่น AirPods และ Apple Watch เพิ่มขึ้น 36%
บริการ เช่น iCloud, Apple Music และ Apple Stores เพิ่มขึ้น 33%
จะเห็นได้ว่าทุกธุรกิจของ Apple เติบโตแบบ Double Digits หรือเติบโตแบบเลขสองหลัก ซึ่งภูมิภาคโดดเด่นในไตรมาสนี้ เป็นกลุ่มประเทศจีน ฮ่องกงและไต้หวัน ที่มีรายได้เติบโตขึ้นมากถึง 58% เมื่อเทียบกับปีที่ผ่านมา
โดยจากการรายงานของ Tim Cook ได้ระบุว่ารายได้ iPhone ไม่ได้เพิ่มขึ้นจากกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานเดิม ที่อัปเกรด iPhone รุ่นใหม่เท่านั้น แต่ยังมีผู้ใช้งาน “Switchers” หรือผู้ใช้งานจากฝั่งแอนดรอยด์ ที่เปลี่ยนมาใช้ iPhone ด้วยเช่นกัน
นอกจากนั้น Apple ยังคงได้รับผลประโยชน์ต่อเนื่องจากการ Work from Home และเรียนออนไลน์ ที่ทำให้คนยังต้องการคอมพิวเตอร์คุณภาพดีเพิ่มขึ้นด้วย
ทั้งนี้ Apple ได้รายงานว่าผลประกอบการของไตรมาสที่ผ่านมา อาจดีขึ้นกว่านี้
หากบริษัทไม่เผชิญกับปัญหาการขาดแคลนชิปเซ็ต
ซึ่งกำลังเป็นปัญหาต่อการผลิตอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอกนิกส์ทั่วโลก
โดยกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ของ Apple ที่ได้รับผลประกอบมากที่สุดก็คือ Mac และ iPad
Apple ยังได้รายงานเพิ่มเติมว่า ผลกระทบจากการขาดแคลนชิปเซ็ตจะยังคงลากยาวไปถึงไตรมาสถัดไป ซึ่งจะกลายมาเป็นข้อจำกัดที่ทำให้บริษัทจัดหาชิปเซ็ตไม่ทันสำหรับการผลิตและอาจจะส่งกระทบต่อรายได้ในไตรมาสถัดไป
ในขณะเดียวกัน กลุ่มธุรกิจบริการ เช่น iCloud, Apple Music และ Apple Stores ก็เริ่มมีสัญญาณการเติบโตที่ลดลง
เนื่องจากนักลงทุนเริ่มกังวลว่าหลังจากที่สถานการณ์โรคระบาดปรับตัวดีขึ้นในหลายประเทศ เราก็น่าจะเริ่มกลับไปทำงานที่ออฟฟิศและใช้เวลากับบริการออนไลน์ของทางบริษัทลดลง
โดยปัจจุบัน Apple มี Paid Subscribers หรือสมาชิกที่จ่ายเงินเพื่อรับบริการของบริษัท ซึ่งรวมถึงการสมัครสมาชิกแอปพลิเคชันผ่าน App Store ด้วย กว่า 700 ล้านบัญชี ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น 150 ล้านบัญชี จากปีที่แล้ว
ในขณะเดียวกัน ไตรมาสนี้ ทางบริษัทก็ได้ประกาศการจ่ายเงินปันผล 0.22 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐต่อหุ้นและก็ได้รายงานว่าไตรมาสที่ผ่านมา บริษัทได้ให้ผลตอบแทนต่อนักลงทุนในรูปแบบการซื้อหุ้นคืนไปมากถึง 9.5 แสนล้านบาท
แต่ความกังวลของนักลงทุนต่อการขาดแคลนชิปเซ็ต ก็ได้ทำให้หุ้นของบริษัท Apple ปรับตัวลดลง 2% หลังการรายงานผลประการดังกล่าว
