My Australian Avocado Smoothie is the best way to kickstart your day! If you’re in a rush but still want a healthy option, grab some of these Australian avocados from the grocers and try this easy and delicious recipe!
This smoothie contains heart-healthy monounsaturated fats from Australian Avocados and is high in nutrients and fibre which supports good gut health.

Ingredients:
1 ripe Australian avocado (half used in smoothie, half sliced for topping)
½ cup coarsely chopped kale
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup coarsely chopped coconut meat
1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
A pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
1) In a blender jar, using the smoothie or ice crush setting, add the avocado, kale, blueberries, coconut meat, coconut water, lemon juice, turmeric powder and black pepper in. Blend until smooth.
2) Pour out the smoothie onto a bowl and top with sliced of avocados.
It's that simple!

冷凍藍莓 1/2 cup
冷凍香蕉🍌半根
冷凍鳳梨 一小塊
椰子水 2 tbsp
鳳梨汁 1 tbsp
酪梨 1/4 個
檸檬汁 2 tsp
有些是抓大概,打不動就加一點水

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 sliced & frozen bananas
A small chunk of frozen pineapple 🍍
2 tbsp coconut water
1 tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 avocado 🥑
2 tsp lime or lemon juice
I didn’t do the exact measurements for every ingredient. I just eyeballed some of them, so you might need to add more water or banana if you feel like it.
